Increase HCG Concentration

Has anyone had any experience with Doctors who increase the concentraction of HCG by decreasing the amount of water mixed, ie for 10,000IU bottle, mixing only 5cc of water instead of 10?

This is what I do.
I need to fit 500iu into my small 3/10cc syringe.
 
Shippen does this all the times. Tells you to take 20 on the pins and it ends up being 40 instead.

I mix with five, and I have mixed with 1.5 when my dose was higher. I don't think it makes a difference.
