How to get ppl to stop giving you shlt about what you are taking

That's a great question. I tear all the labels off my herbal test boosters. Namely the Diesel Test Hardcore and Trib Test Extreme.
I can totally understand not wanting to go through the whole why-I'm-taking-testosterone-boosters, especially since you're still a young guy: that could certainly lead to a lot of "humour" ('specially if you have a younger sib or 2) - but man, you made it sound like people were trying to inventory your cabinet for you, or were trying to pull an intervention...
People who see it get all excited thinking that 'Diesel Test Hardcore' was what Chris Benoit was taking. Then they think because of that I'll go all Charles Manson on people.
Okay, *THIS* I have trouble believing: Chris Benoit, his wife & kids & doctor lived in my area; news coverage was relatively thorough (though nothing like it was in the BB press), but if I made a big sign that said "DIESEL TEST HARDCORE!!!" & went to the mall & waved it at people, maybe 1 in 1,000 would get it - but the one in a thousand WOULD NOT snap their fingers & say, "oh yeah, Chris Benoit!" *THAT* would be more on the order of 1 in 1,000,000.

And if you DID explain it to them so they made that connection (and *why* would you want to?), they'd go, "oh yeah, steroids. You taken steroids?" Not just embarrassing, but dangerous.

The solution, young padawan, is to keep it out of sight of these foolish and irritating people; then they won't ask, and you won't tell - then *they* won't tell, and you won't be embarrassed. I suggest putting it in your lingerie drawer with your lube & rubber gloves....

Probably not so much now. When Chris Benoit did what he did, there was a immediate negative stigma attached to his actions for atleast several weeks and with steroids. It is impossible that there wouldn't be.

To be honest with you I just deny anything and everything.

A lot of people at work ask me if I work out, same with friends of friends, and mainly in general occassionally people that I don't know very well. I just say I don't workout at all, and at best I'll go once a month. This usually ends the conversation there. Sometimes someone will press the issue further in which I just say I must have good genetics or something (which I don't), but reinforce that I am lazy, eat bad, and hardly ever workout (which I usually go 6 times a week muscle or cardio). Anyone who actually does know me would know that it is a flat out lie.

It is easier to ignore the problem then to deal with it.

I agree 100 fuc4king percent man. It is, indeed, easier to ignore the problem then deal with it. Just tell a white lie that you "don't really work out and just have good genetics" and that is a perfect example of a white lie used correctly.

OK, I totally disagree with this strategy. Anyone who sees me without a shirt (and I live in Capo Beach, CA) knows I workout. I'm 46yo and look damn ripped. (Go J2x, lol.) Besides, everyone who knows me knows I'm at the gym several times a week. How do you hide that? And I'm always lugging around a gym bag, drinking from a shaker, and popping supps. You just can't hide this lifestyle. But you can fudge the truth a little. I just say I'm only on vitamins, protein, and creatine. (Which, by the way, was the truth -- up until a few months ago, when I started "dabbling.") They don't have to know that one of those caps is actually Superdrol or Phera. (They wouldn't know what that stuff is anyway -- no need to explain.) I just tell them the reason I look like I do is precisely because I spend so much time at the gym, and load up on protein and creatine. That's about 90% of the truth anyway, and they do believe it.

That works for people around you, yes I would say the same if they knew I was at the gym a lot. But when it comes to people at work, friends or strangers I would just say I train sometimes. Now I would go your route if they know for a fact I go to the gym a lot. You just need to adapt to the situation.

Even still to a certain degree. If your physique looks good, it is very likely that you work out. Like I said before, I just deny it no matter how brazen it might be.

Just like all the IFBB pros and celebs deny gear usage. Come on, ur not fooling anyone. That dosen't mean you still can't deny it anyway, lol.

I also too want to add that the reason why I do this, is because it inevitably leads to 'supps' and stupid 'stacks'.

No reference to training, dieting, nutrition or anything that relates to the basic and core foundations.

It's just 'what supps ?', 'What stack should I run ?', 'What's the most effective fat burner ?'

'What's x,y,z ?'

Props to you guys who actually have the patience to deal with that crap. I don't, and I don't have any problem admitting that I don't.

The only stack people need to know that I run is 3 morbidly obese fat chicks in the ass all at once. :head:

I guess the problem is that (for the last 3 years) my gym has been right near my job, not my house. So I'm either going to the gym right before work, or right after. So even the people at work know I'm always working out. And I don't try to hide it -- in fact, I'm proud of it.

And That my friend is why You are DA MAN!!!!!!!

I don't know how that "fat chicks" quote is being credited to BAMA, when it was actually Reaper (the perv) who said it.

Everyone knows the name GNC so I just tell them I am taking this new stuff i picked up at GNC!!! They trust that a company like GNC wouldn't sell anything illegal so case closed.

But, for the most part everyone knows I used to train really hard and was fairly big when I broke my arm so my excuse now is "Muscle Memory"

Haha that's actually pretty funny, and it works. I'll just say I got mine from Herbal Tree, sounds all fake and organic.

Yeah, my mom doesn't know anything, which is really frustrating when you research the $h*t out of supplements and someone who hasn't bothered to check anything out says they're unsafe. I had to type out a description of each supplement I was taking, including it's dosing, and practical use.

Parents Just Don't Understand.

my roomates and friends harrass me about taking steroids all the time. Everything i eat, drink, or pill i swallow their like "oh must be time to take ur steroids" and its annoying as fvck, but i always say "if i was on steroids id be about 225lbs and fvcking ripped"...they still give me sh!t but they know i eat right and train hard so they can suck it
