no I think the way you approach things is just fine.

peoples just need to take it FWIW cause in all reality they dont gain or lose anything if your lying and niether do you.... usually Im here looking for what a supp does anyways and I get that info from multiple sources so I can usually weed out what things are genrel effects or the placebo of an individuals results..... but if some guy says he can do A, B and C I just take it FWIW cause it truely wont effect the supp Im researching.

Still wouldnt mind seeing some vids though either as its always just cool to see them, but by no means do I think its needed to be done for proof.
 
Weighed in today at 181.... My buddy had a video phone so i took some vids! Not quite a Phyto caliber workout, but rather fresh from losing 13 pounds after a brutal 2 week food poisoning/flu bout. My lifts were still pretty good for a "skinny kid" lol. Ill post em SOON.
 
Ive noted illness following almost all of my Ph, test boosting logs... I wonder if there is a correlation, or possibly just a reasonable result of adding muscle with potentially insufficient calories due to the effectiveness of some supps? Hard to say without running another log with significantly increased calories... Does anyone think i should continue this log? i think ive accomplished what i set out to do, but it does make it interesting to see the progress following the usage of newer supps. Man am i sore after getting back at it, i didnt push my self to failure on most of my excercises but made my point that the numbers i post are legit in my vid that i will hopefully get up tonight (buddy did all the work for me, hes made a few other vids before, just not sure if he's done). It does seem clear that the body has its own list of priorities when allocating nutrients and by adding an effective supplement the priorities shift thus potentially causing illness when theres not enough nutrients to cover all the bases after muscle building is done. Note to self: eat more, esp when adding test altering substances. OR its merely seasonal illness, may i also add i have not been sick for approx 5-6 months prior to becoming deathly ill. To date i still have residual chest congestion that started approx 6-7 days after i got food poisoning or flu. Its rather curious that i have weakened my system so greatly following a log.
 
take some gut health and posiedon and even some Xlean from IBE... all are known to boost your immune system either from healthy stomach bacteria, perfect cellular hydration and vitamin intake or directly blocking cortisol and raising WBC count... should keep you from getting sick so much and make the results from whatever cycle or test booster all the better since your body is in prime condition for it :thumbsup:

Ill vouch for the gut health/poseidon idea. Ive gotten sick during every single test boosting cycle i did. I had the same theory you had Somewhatgifted. But I did notice it always cleared up when I introduced those two supps back in. Good luck to ya my man. Been a great log so far.

Well in my mind both theories make sense even if mine is spoken in a less than accurate manner with a juvenile understanding. It would seem that during successful muscle building that stress/ nutrient usage is to be increased and as a result a supplement capable of refreshing my cells shows value ON, OFF and during regular life.... I am lactose intolerant but that does not mean my digestive system does not face other possibly less obvioius obstacles causing hard to pin point discomfort. Sometimes the simplest of things need to be said to remind you to back away from the complications that always arise. thanks for your contribution and following! Excellent.
 
Weighed in at 182.6 curled the 110 pound BB for 10 and videoed it, some leaning back but slow controlled full ROM was used. I am not going for broke but capturing a typical set from my workouts, mind you ive taken a big hit lately and am not 100% maybe 85% so time will bring more "in yo face vids" in the meantime i wish to save the smack talk until i have some reasonable vid up to somewhat make my point around. I have very long arms and as a result have to make small adjustments to get the proper muscles buring, I think this is the begging of a video log, i really need to buy a camera phone and get my internet running esp since i just had my hard drive reformatted on my home PC.

I can feel for ya. I too am lactose intolerant and I have Celiac Disease. So I have terrible digestive problems.

NICE. well I hope you guys CAN get such a stack presented on NP....

remember though that X-lean the anti cort product out by IBE has also been researched to promote tcell count and increase the strength of the immune system as well. Although the stack to be economical would probably be best served to include the two other products..... but X-lean is awfully cheap for what it is. :D

Ive always found that the point of life regaurless of your starting point is to move forward, to make the most of what youve got. And it sounds to me like you hit a wall, got up and kept going, thats strength. Cheers bro.

Well i went to hawaii for 3 weeks vancouver for one and bought a camera to take a couple vids. Im 180 right now and heres some vids i did a few days ago. It seems the vids i did earlier on my buddy cam are gone which sucks but im lighter now and on ZERO supps. No multi no fish only one serving of whey isolate post workout with berries juice and ice.

I know my comments is months late but it was an educational and interesting read.
after I get off my current sunami/cissus cycle I may get some phytotest to run long term.
I'm endomorphic due to genetics and even when I eat clean and lower calories its still a pain for me to get cut. I gain mass like a freak though.

the PT seems like it has great all around general effects and I may stack it with some Icariin and Ecdy to get cut and keep my libido up.

I am clinically manic depressive so I have my good runs where I
keep my free weight/bodyweight and muay thai training solid then I have some depressive bouts for two to three weeks in which I can barely go to work.
I got this liquid mental formula from Dr. Donsbach that works pretty well for that.

It was also inspirational to see a couple of posters recovered from bad situations.
Anyway, reading this log and this board n general has taught me quite a bit about physical health.
And maybe one day I'll log something but I doubt it because ack... I can barely keep track of my own b-day, much less a journal.
