How about 2 in the AM, 2 pre workout, 2 pre bed? Also, is it a must that it be taken 30 minutes prior to a meal or an hour after a meal? What is the best timing?

1 hour after and 2-2-2 is good dosing scheme.

If the morning dose gets you to sleepy from the HGH release, you can go 3 pre and 2 before bed.

Correct...

You have 120 minutes of HGH release so if you eat every 3 hours and you take it say 1 hour or 1 hour and 20 minutes after you eat and the next meal is in 3 hours. You have 30-40 minutes to spare.

For 2 bottles of PowerFULL, I was taking 2 caps pre breakfast, 1 pre workout & 1 bed time...now there are different guide lines!!!!!!

Yes, we learn and get progressive. We never recommended 2-1-1 protocol.

The new protocol is 3 pre workout and 2 before bed on workout days and 2 1 hour after morning meal and 2 before bed.

all i know is the instructions are different to the last batch I got. But hey, you're the boss / maker, ya'd know better doseage protocol than me!!!!!!

2-2-2 works, the key to to use powerFULL 1 hour after a meal. Once you eat carbohydrates, you lose the HGH effect. Carbohydrates take about 45 minutes to digest with the insulin response.
 
Anecdotally taking 2 or 3 pre workout is a dramatic increase in intensity, focus and drive during workouts compared to taking just one. Once you go 3 you never go back ;)
