I got a virus... deathly sick the last week. My post pics were on my aunts camera and instead of her emailing them to me she had them developed and deleted them, so i will have to get them scanned and posted.
I would like to see the actual lift in that photo. That is not looking good. Some people are deceiving, but for the most part you can get a good idea of how strong someone is by looking at them and the style they train. Some of these powerlifters are wearing suits and BP shirts that are helping them tremendously, plus crazy arches on BP cutting the ROM short. Other factors such as height, I mean if you're 5'3" 114 squatting 400 with a suit on isn't anything insane, but that kid looks tall and I really would love to see that whole lift. However, judging by his look and training style, SWG's numbers seem pretty realistic to me.If you've seen some of the high school powerlifting national champs in the under 145lbs class, you'd know that you can't guess crap about what someone can put up by how they look
Heres a pic of one

This kid weighing in at 114lbs is squatting 400, and benching 250.
Could you stack this Phyto-Test with Dbol? Just curious?
You sure can.
The Phyto-Test might even provide enough appetite stimulus to offset the appetite reduction from the Dbol.

id still like to see a video as proof. i dont know, it is the internet, but for some reason i get pissed when someone posts high lifts for their body devolopment.. so yes, id still like to see a video, because if he is doin something wrong, maybe we can help, if we encourage him he can attempt this weight, he can seriously injure himself..
dude you really just need to chill, you dont know SWG or havnt read many of his posts here so I wouldnt expect you to know (cept he DID metion it in this thread) that hes been as heavy as 220-230 before and if you know jack about strength it comes back ALOT faster then ones weight will allowing a lighter guy to lift heavier then his normal weight would allow.
these lifts arent extreme anyhow. I was lifting 225x12 @ 185 and squatting 220 for reps of 10 at my heaviest set (after hittine 135 warm up and 185x10 also) so I know I coulda thrown up 300+ if I only tried.
ok but there is certain critieria for weight, height, bf, are all key factors.. Im 185 5'11 and 9% body fat, and i am alot bigger then this kid.. this kid is tall, and thats where most of his weight is derived from.. squatting 225 for sets is not hard, or benching 225 x 12 if you have that muscle fullness. but comeon now 300 x 9 and w/e else he posted for his bench is not matching up with what he looks like.. i have a friend whos 135 who lifts the same amount of weight as me, but he looks like hes 200 because hes 5'3.. so weight is not the big issue, its how u look.. and from looking at that picture and from kids at my gym there is no way this kid is lifting more then them... Just be honest if u want help.. until then post a video. and there is no reason for anyone to come in and support him, when u obviously know hes skinny.. this is directed at the op and him only..
how am i being stupid when i know for a fact he cant do the lifts hes posting, im lauging in my seat right now.. why do u have to come in here and defend this kid, ok with the kid who weighed 185, height? bf? pics?? u can TELL what someone can lift easily by looking at their body

You do know that benching 450 raw at 185 especially in HS is ridiculous, right. Unless he was 5'2", in which case it doesn't really count, that's not likely. That would mean he could easily have a 600 shirted bench @185 as a HSer. The 450 bench alone would be a world record. Funny that everyone knows some guy like this, but yet only a few guys hold world records.bottom line is your being ignorant and Im not just coming to his defense but calling YOU out on your accusations.
I knew a kid in highschool who wasnt more then 185 and could bench 450. He was completely natural but had a freezer full of beef (got plenty of ArAcid in his diet) but Im sure its due to muscle fiber type.
You cant label someone by their weight or by what they look like either... they could be a hell of alot stronger then you think.
Sure he can post some vids and shut you up but who are you that he has to lie to and why should he have to prove anything to some obviously jealous guy on the net? get off it man, just cause you cant do it at the same weight doesnt mean another cant.
Seriously man quit crying over this. If you don't believe him then don't and leave it at that.ok but there is certain critieria for weight, height, bf, are all key factors.. You da man, I like the "Screw hot chicks part" lol:hammer:first of all im not a kid im 26 years old and have been lifting a decade, ive done M1t, masterdrol, halodrol and mdein. Ive posted other logs on here where i was 226 at my peak and lifting big. I have always been exceptional athelete other than having ankle problems and as a result poor jump lift. I knock people out, screw hot chicks and win on the field of rugby and football as well as lift the most when i train in groups (except for legs). This is my life and im sick of people and their insecurities making me out ot be a liar, i dont lie, period. Ill post a vid , i havent finished my log but know that i will. Dont go on about it bc im either a liar or not and dont need to prove anything unless i want to. Ive posted many posts in my time and none of them have been deliberate lies but there may be some questionable advice. Thanks for the support everyone else, ill get the pics up and let me say my forearms and bi peaks looked sick.

Of course some people are deceiving, but you can get a pretty good idea of how strong someone is by looking at them and their training style. I don't think SWG's claims are outrageous at all, they're believable. A lot of people BS about their numbers, so don't act like it's ridiculous to call people out.
Damn, that's pretty impressive, especially considering he wasn't super short. Some dudes are all torso and built for benching. Any idea what his squat/dead numbers were? Sorry about the hi-jack, SWG, I assume you don't give a sh*t since it's done? Nice job BTW. Looks to me like you need to concentrate on the legs.i dunno 450 may be an exaggerated, but it was in the 400's and this kid was a gentic freak. Didnt even look all that big (hes like 5'10" or 11") but had been lifting for football and wrestling since his freshman year in highschool. was a bit of a recluse and was a friggen genious, graduated with a 4.2GPA.... wasnt your normal kid. He was mormon, didnt smoke drink or party, he was active in church sports and acedimics.... and the kid was strong as an ox.
I thought I had it big when I told him I did 275 twice at 170 a year after we graduated, he very humbly just smiled and said thats actually really good... his dad more proud then he then smiled and told me he could do 400 somethin or other my jaw bout hit the floor when he actually did it.
I really dont recall the squats, I dont think it was super impressive all around, I remember him saying lots of the other guys on the FB team could out squat him by alot, but he had a damn impressive bench for his size.Damn, that's pretty impressive, especially considering he wasn't super short. Some dudes are all torso and built for benching. Any idea what his squat/dead numbers were? Sorry about the hi-jack, SWG, I assume you don't give a sh*t since it's done? Nice job BTW. the vascularity kills me. I may have to use it just for that
sweet vascularity in the forearm, that looks sick. Looks like some nice bi development as well. Nice work..
Nice bicep definition!!!
lol. i understand your position, gifted. believe or not, i have had to defend myself on another board about how much i lift. they couldn't believe that i was the size i was and only lifting a certain amount of weight. they didn't understand that i know how to make the body grow without using heavy weight, and that i have always been weaker than what i look like. just keep up the hard work brother.
