Day 10
Today was shoulders. My back was still pretty sore from the deads the other day. Mainly in my lower back, but slightly in traps and lats. My recovery has been good, but it was a while since I did those, so soreness is expected.
DTH - I still am dosing 2/2/2 with this. I really like this product so far. As I am getting to the end of the second week, the alpha male mentality has been knocking at the door. I have been very intense and tunnel vision with anything not involving moving weight. My recovery has been getting better, and soreness has been limited. Pump has increased greatly over the past 2 days. Libido is still raging. Still have nasty gas 15 minutes after dose. Other than that no sides to report.
R4W - Today I dropped the dose to 2 caps preworkout. My workout didnt start until 7:30pm and I didnt want to be up all night. The workout was still very focused. Good mind muscle connection, great focus, and intensity. Even with a sore back, I was still jumping on the sets with a short rest period. Still no crash, and no body addaption to the doses. No sides, very clean energy.
Swell - I could feel the effects today. I still mixed the half serving of Poseidon, and got a slight flush. My endurance was very good. I could notice the most during my second cardio of the day. After my workout I hit the elliptical for 30min. I was breathing very controlled, and not winded. So far so good, and no sides.

Today was better than expected. I thought I was going to be sluggish because of my back being sore. But once I stretched out, and got a warm up set under my belt I was golden. Intensity climbed as the exercises got harder, it was almost like I was feeding off of muscle burn and failure. Tomorrow is arms, and I am looking forward to the pump in my bi's. I also took some measurements, I will post them this weekend sometime.
