10 Week Journey to Diesel!!!

Day 10


Today was shoulders. My back was still pretty sore from the deads the other day. Mainly in my lower back, but slightly in traps and lats. My recovery has been good, but it was a while since I did those, so soreness is expected.


DTH - I still am dosing 2/2/2 with this. I really like this product so far. As I am getting to the end of the second week, the alpha male mentality has been knocking at the door. I have been very intense and tunnel vision with anything not involving moving weight. My recovery has been getting better, and soreness has been limited. Pump has increased greatly over the past 2 days. Libido is still raging. Still have nasty gas 15 minutes after dose. Other than that no sides to report.

R4W - Today I dropped the dose to 2 caps preworkout. My workout didnt start until 7:30pm and I didnt want to be up all night. The workout was still very focused. Good mind muscle connection, great focus, and intensity. Even with a sore back, I was still jumping on the sets with a short rest period. Still no crash, and no body addaption to the doses. No sides, very clean energy.

Swell - I could feel the effects today. I still mixed the half serving of Poseidon, and got a slight flush. My endurance was very good. I could notice the most during my second cardio of the day. After my workout I hit the elliptical for 30min. I was breathing very controlled, and not winded. So far so good, and no sides.

Today was better than expected. I thought I was going to be sluggish because of my back being sore. But once I stretched out, and got a warm up set under my belt I was golden. Intensity climbed as the exercises got harder, it was almost like I was feeding off of muscle burn and failure. Tomorrow is arms, and I am looking forward to the pump in my bi's. I also took some measurements, I will post them this weekend sometime.
 
Day 11

Today was a very good arm workout. Little to no soreness in my shoulders from yesterday. Very focused, and highly intense today. Sweating alot, and my muscles felt almost warm, very good feeling.

DTH - Dose is staying at 2/2/2 for now. I am really enjoying the intense pump that I have been experiencing this week. What I really like is that it is located deep in the tissue of the muscle being worked, and not as intense in the secondary muscles. Meaning the muscle getting worked is getting saturated with the supplement. Alpha Male mentality has been becoming more promenent. Recovery is good, little to no soreness from yesterday. No sides to report .

R4W - Boosted my dose back up to 3 today. I can definatly tell the difference. The biggest difference for me is the amount that I sweat. The focus is very good, and the mind muscle connection is very strong. I am still very impressed with how clean the energy is (no jitters or crash).

Swell - I have noticed that this is very carbonated when shaking it. This might be the reason for being gasy after intake. I am going to monitor more closely. Good endurance (cardio, and muscular). Still adding half a scoop of poseidon with each dose.

Today was a good workout. Very tight pumps. I could feel the peak of my bicep very well. Very good connection between mind and muscle. I felt the pump through the entire motion (especially when slowing everything down and keeping constant tension on the fibers). Very good workout.

I am working a 24 hour shift on the ambulance tomorrow, so I have to pre pack all my meals tonight. I will do some cardio on sunday, and be back in the gym for chest on monday. I will update with my recovery when I get time this weekend. So far I have to give it to Get Diesel Nutrition, everything has been going as expected :clap2:
 
Day 12

Today was an off day. I am working at the ambulance right now and taking some time to write this. I have eaten 4 meals so far, all chicken and some good carbs. I have taken the DTH, and wanted to say that I can even feel a pump when I bend down to pick up a stretcher. The feeling has grown noticably over the course of the week. No R4W today because there was no training. I will update again on monday.
 
Day 14

Today was definatly the best chest workout since I started the DTH R4W. I had a very intense pump in my chest. Very noticable.

DTH - I am still running the 2/2/2 dose. I have to say that right now I definatly feel the effects of this product. I have very tight pumps. Deep burning feeling in the muscle during reps. Also, a very substantial "Alpha Male" mentallity. My skin has become a slight bit more oily, but no breakouts. Strength increase on dumbbells this week, the DTH is helping the weakest link very well. On my dumbbell sets my stabalizer muscles went longer without twitching, allowing more weight.

R4W - Today I took 3 R4W preworkout. I was smoking everything today. I had an extreme thermogenic feel going on. I had very clean energy, and I was sweating up a storm, making my muscles all feel great. I notice a big difference in how much I sweat from 2 to 3 pills. 3 pills is deffinatly my sweet spot. No sides, no crash and no jitter. Today did take a little longer to kick in (40/50min) but once it did, I was ready to go.

Swell - I only took one serving on the swell this morning. I didn't go home before I hit the gym so I didnt get a preworkout dose. I have noticed an overall increase of endurance, even just doing everyday things I can keep going. I am still adding the half scoop of poseidon to every dose, and will be back up to 2 a day tomorrow.

**Over all today was a very good workout. Good focus, and great energy. Also very happy with my strength gains from last week. I am very anxious to see the progress over the next 8 weeks.**

OUT OF THE GYM I HAVE BEEN EATING VERY CLEAN. I HAVE BEEN TAKING IN JUST ABOUT 2G OF PROTEIN PER LB OF BODY WEIGHT (252 x 2 = 504 ROUGHLY). I AM EATING 5-6 MEALS A DAY. ALSO I AM GETTING 7-8 HOURS OF SLEEP EVERY NIGHT. SO I AM DOING EVERYTHING ACCORDINGLY TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS:twisted:
 
You just sold me on R4W. I was contemplating either this or White Flood, but now I am going with R4W. I am also geting ready to start DTH. Great log. After reading your log I am also going to change up my workout a little. Keep the updates coming. Good luck

Thanks! I definatly like the DTH & R4W combo. Good luck to you, and stick with the stack, it gets better as the weeks progress (thats what I have seen). Good luck with the new workout, you will really like the effects!!
 
Day 15

** Alright, all that I can say about today is HOLY SH!T!! Today was back day. It seems that my back days are unbeatable the past 2 weeks. My pumps during deadlifts especially, were almost to the point where it was painfull. My lower back and lats were ENGORGED with blood.

DTH - Remaining at 2/2/2 for now, possibly trying the 2/3/1 dose next week. My pumps today were crazy, I could feel a pulse in my lats after seated rows :twisted:. My strength increased today also from last week. Very intense, and ALPHA MALE all the way. It took a couple weeks for me to feel the full effects of this product, but now I am amazed at how full I feel, and how intense the muscle contractions are. Slightly oily skin, but no breakouts. No other sides.

R4W - I took 3 pills today an hour before my workout. I think that I feel the effects of the R4W more if I take the pills with a light meal. 3 pills is definatly where I am the most effected by this product. I was sweating up a damn storm. During my deads, I was actually dripping sweat (that never normally happens to me). Also, since boosting up to 3 pills, I feel like my core temperature is a little above normal (does that sound right). It gives my muscles a thermogenic feel, and I can tell they are very loose with the higher temperature. I really am enjoying this product. No jitters at all, and no crash. Awesome!

Swell - The swell is the culpret for becoming gasy. It seems to be very carbonated almost. After shaking there is a thick foam on the top, and the pressure builds pretty good in the shaker. I am enjoying this product, but I am still adding a half scoop of Poseidon to the dose. I also am starting to get used to the taste, but I still just chug it down. No sides at all. Greatly boosted endurance though. I felt beat after my back workout today, and still was able to charge through 30 minutes of cardio with a constant HR of 140.

Overall today was a very impressive workout. I did go up in weight, but the most impressive thing was the whole back workout took me 1hour 10minutes. I was taking short rest periods between sets, I felt like I was smoking everything. My recovery time has greatly improved since I started this stack (in between days, and even in between sets). Everything has met my expectations so far!!

Day 16

Today was a killer leg workout. I was sweating up a storm, I was pushing the limits today. Every rep above 6 felt like a failure rep, very intense burn and pump.

DTH - 2/2/2 dosage for the DTH. I was definatly feeling above all today at the gym. I was pushing past failure, and could feel my muscles fill with blood. The pumps have become very intense, as well as my focus. I feel like my strength (even if weight isnt increasing) is going further, my muscles feel like they can push all previous limits. More oily skin, mainly when I wake up, but nothing really during the day. No breakouts, no other sides.

R4W - I definatly can now say after 2 complete weeks of usage, this is the best preworkout formula I have ever taken. It gives me great energy, and it feel completely natural. No jitters, or crash. And I have to emphasis the intense thermogenic feeling I get once a workout starts. It makes my muscles feel warm as if I was just walking on the treadmill for 20 minutes. The mind muscle connection is great. Today during leg press I closed my eyes and could visualize the muscle contraction. No sides with this product at this time.

Swell - It is hard to pin point the effects of the swell. This product is more of a staple product that always delivers. It gives improvements in endurance, and is a creat combo with the R4W to kick @$$ at cardio after a hard workout. Still not big on the taste, and the carbonation gets my stomach every once and a while.

DTH - I woke up a little later than normal today, and was going to hit the gym an hour and a half after I awoke. So I changed my dose for today to get more DTH flowing quicker. My dose was 3/2/1. Tomorrow I will go back to the 2/2/2 dose and keep that until monday. Great pumps in my shoulders today. I especially noticed the swelling of my rear delt. I felt like the last 3 reps of every set was a failure rep, but no form was sacrificed. DTH is really helping me break barriers. I am very happy with this product so far. The mentallity is very good, and I have good focus and motivation. No sides to comment on.

R4W - Today I took 3 R4W with my morning dose of DTH, about an hour before working out. I felt the effects after about 40min. I definatly have to say that the 3 pill dose works best for me. Great focus, and noticably better mind muscle connection this week as opposed to last. No jitters or crash, and no sides.

Swell - Today was a very good day as far as endurance goes. I added the Poseidon to the swell again. Still not liking the taste, and wished there was less foam after mixing. No sides. After my workout I got on the treadmill and ran 2 miles in 13:27(after a killer workout). I really like the boost in stamina!!

2 miles on the treadmill is great man!! Cardio is a key factor to speeding up protein metabolism, and general over-all health. Anyone can just set train, but true athletes do cardio and weights ;)

Day 18

I had a crazy pump today during my arm workout. I honestly think I was just under 19 inches in my arms by the time I was done today. Then I hit the treadmill for some interval training. I really am enjoying the effects of increased ambition. I don't feel sluggish, and find myself WANTING to do more as opposed to forcing myself to do more. Definatly a good feeling.

DTH - I liked the 3 DTH preworkout. So I kept the dose at 3/2/1 today. I dont know if it is mental, but I feel a larger pump when I take 3 preworkout. Today I felt very intense. I could feel every contraction to the fullest potential. I can really feel the Alpha Male mentality, all though I am still a low key person, but I can tell just by the fact that I dont care about anybody around me and just laugh to myself about the tools in the gym that left their form in the car. :nono: Great intensity, and I love the ablity to just push on besides the pain!! Bring it on!! haha. More oily skin, but no breakouts. No other sides to report at this time.

R4W - I took 3 preworkout again today, I am going to keep it at that. I was not sweating as much during lifting today, as I normally do. But I was really sweating during my cardio. I will say my favorite property of this supplement would be the clean energy delivery. It is very natural feeling, there are no jitters, and there is no crash. You don't feel as if you are taking a preworkout supplement. Very good. No sides.

Swell - This is adding to my increased endurance. Also, I am sure it is assisting in me forcing reps out. It is hard to pin point what this is doing, because I am also taking the DTH and R4W, but I am sure it is just helping increase the effects of the stack.

Today was a good workout. I had a VERY intense pump throughout the entire thing. I am very pleased so far. I even kept the pump after cardio, and I usually lose the majority after High Intensity Training. I am off this weekend, and will update if there is anything to comment on. Monday is chest.
 
Just ordered my R4W should be here next week. After reading your log I am ready to start it. I've been on DTH for a few days and I already felt better pumps in the gym today.

Thats exactly what I need. I think my body has become accustomed to No Xplode. It does not have the same effect it use to. Out with old in with the new. Plus Powerfull is workouting great and I just added DTH so to get the best out of those I need some heavy duty workouts.

Working a 24hour shift on the good ol' ambulance. Kept the DTH dose at 2/2/2 for today for the constant release. Going to move it to 2/3/1 on monday. No sides to report. No R4W today and Swell was taken once in the morning.

Yea bro, I liked the 2/3/1 split better.....There's something about taking the 3 preworkout that got me all amped up!?!?
 
Day 19

Chest tomorrow, pretty siked, I am going to run tomorrow a little different. I will update after the workout. I had a heightened sense of awareness also this weekend. I was very focused, and in tune with what was going around me.
 
Your DTH tabs probably smell funny to you because you are sticking your nose in the bottle smelling them....that or you keep them in a warm place. You probably dont get smell with other products because they dont contain as many herbs/per pill as DTH. You gotta understand each bottle is 120 tabs of pills that are over 1770mg each, many of the herbs being extracts at the 50:1 or higher ratio. Sht you should smell something when u open the bottle.

I am running the DTH at 6 a day right now, and have been for about 3 weeks. Nobody has mentioned a smell, but maybe they are just being nice :think:

ohhh you just said "the smell of DIESEL TEST." Yeah that body odor usually comes from an increase in something related to DHEA or phermones because all I know is I have only exp. it on 50-100mg dhea/day or DTH....and normally I have no "sweat" smell. I dont even use deo.

I know what you mean, the "football/wrestling locker room" smell.
 
Day 20

Today was chest. Great workout, excelent pump, and increased stamina. Also just a more powerfull feeling during sets.

DTH - Today I changed my dose to 2/3/1 (taking 3 an hour before workout). I feel a greater pump if I take 3 preworkout instead of 2. I felt like I was more powerfull during sets, I felt like I was just pushing to my fullest capability. I also am pleased with my stabilizer muscles, they last longer during dumbbells before they start twitching like crazy. A very intense Alpha Male feeling, and I dont want to stop moving the weight. Great pumps! I have noticed sparatic dark hair appearing on my upper back. I never have anything on my back so I have to assume it is this product, slightly oily skin as well; but still no breakouts. Very happy so far.

R4W - Took 3 R4W preworkout (1hour prior). I feel the effects pretty consistant at 40 minutes after dose. I sweat like there is no tomorrow on this stuff haha. I still feel a heightened core temp, but like I said before it makes my whole body feel loose. I really like that. Once again, very clean energy, no jitters or crash. I dont think I took the R4W today with enough water, because I had a nast heartburn type feel about half way through my workout. So I wont make that mistake again. Other than that there was no sides to report.

Swell - As I said before, this is more of a staple product. It is hard to pin point what this is doing because of what I am taking it with. I can say that I have built a noticable amount of muscular and cardiovascular endurance since using this product. I really dont like the taste of it at all. I have been mixing it with my creatine to try and mask it, but not a huge success. No sides to report either.

Barbell sometimes feels awkward on my shoulders, and since last week I was able to bring the bar down and actually touch my chest (lightly), as opposed to staying 2 inches from it. i had a greater range of motion with the same weight. So I am hoping for gains next week in strength. Sick intensity today, and the drive to keep going no matter the pain grows every week. I almost welcome it :twisted:

Thanks Chuck, I dont want to bore people, so I try to give the needed information to people, my thoughts, and a workout to see how I am responding, in as simple of a format as possible haha. Hopefully others are finding this helpfull and easy to follow as well.
 
Day 21

This sucks horribly. There is a huge snow storm going on and I can't get anywhere. No gym tonight, and it was back :aargh: I am pissed my back workouts have been awesome and I was looking forward to it. I think I am going to double up with it maybe on friday just so I dont miss it. I am keeping my DTH at 2/2/2 today because there is no workout. Also no R4W. Update tomorrow.

Umm u dont have the weather channel? They said the snow up north is bad......down here it was about 80 today...but its raining right now so I know how you feel........no i dont....well not since I lived in Colorado.

Day 22

** The DTH is without a doubt in full effect now. Crazy pumps, to the point where I can feel the blood pumping into the muscle on some movements!! I am very impressed with the pumps. **

DTH - Moved my dose back to 2/3/1 today. The way that I am going to run the rest of my DTH is, 2/2/2 on non-training days for constant equal delivery, and 2/3/1 on training days for increased pump during workouts. I am still gassy, and I didnt take a pre-workout dose of the swell. So I am pretty sure that it comes from the DTH, usually about 40minutes to an hour after consumption. Oily skin also, but no breakouts. But great intensity, and the Alpha-Male mentality is awesome. As I said before a huge plus of this product is the drive to push on even through the pain and love it. Very pleased so far.

R4W - Dosed 3 R4W tabs 1hour prior to workout. I feel the effect about 40 minutes after intake. Still experiencing very clean energy, with no jitters and no crash. I have intense energy that lasts, I also find myself taking shorter rest periods and still being able to handle the heavier weights. No sides with this product.

Swell - I only took the swell this morning, no second pre workout dose. I am really liking this product as far as endurance. I think I am benefiting from the Beta-Alanine. I still dont like the taste and wish there was more poseidon in it. I wonder if I could get the same effects from getting regular Beta-Alanine and Poseidon and mixing the two?

Day 23

Very good workout today. I was still a little sore in my upper chest from monday, but that didn't seem to effect my workout at all. Great pumps.

DTH - 2-3-1 dose today. Very pleased with taking 3 preworkout. I feel it really intensifys an already very intense workout. Delivers great pumps. The pumps are now to the point where they are almost painfull during a delt workout. I literally feel like my skin is going to tear!! Awesome! The oily skin subsided with the 2/3/1 dose, I think it is because I have less DTH in me over night slowing the oil increase. No breakouts or other sides.

R4W - Popped 3 preworkout. Great focus, mind muscle connection is excelent. I really have to say that this is the best preworkout formula I have ever taken! No sides to report. Very clean energy, no crash or jitters.

***Today was a good workout. I had a crazy pump going on the ENTIRE time. I can honestly say my skin felt like it was going to split open. Especially in my rear delts, the pump was so intense it was almost painful!! Unreal. I am very happy with this stack, and would recommend it to anybody looking for a natural test-booster and/or a great pre-workout supplement! Tomorrow is arms.
 
There is definatly a big increase in libido. I already have a very high sex drive being 21, but I can definatly notice that I want pretty much every girl I see at the gym. It also does boost stamina greatly . . .since I started the DTH I have not hit a limit as to how many times I can go in one night . . .no exageration (so far the max is 7). Hopefully I will try and break the record and let you know!

I've got my R4W and two bottle DTH. I've been taking the DTH for a week. I had the flu last weekend so just mainly maintained in the gym last week. Taking the weekend off to rest and then plan on hitting hard starting on Monday. I'll be increasing my DTH dosage too. Thanks for the log, great read.
 
No problem man, I am glad it is helping people out. Did you take R4W at all last week, or did you hold off until this monday?
 
I already had some DTH, the R4W just came in the mail a couple days ago. I'm on my third container of no-xplode and it just is not doing anything for me anymore. My body has grown accustumed to it. Ready for something new. I weigh 204, I think I will start with 2 the first day and see how that goes.
 
Day 27

** I was slammed since last week so I didnt get to update the log. But today I did chest, and I also switched the workout up a little bit. Today was chest and I started with flat as opposed to incline, definatly pleased with the effects. **

DTH - I am dosing 2/3/1 on workout days and 2/2/2 on non-workout days. I have felt more of an effect in the past 4 workout sessions than ever before. I am very surprised that the intensity is STILL climbing, and strength seems to just show up. I find myself being more irritable than normal though. I just feel like people piss me off no matter what they are doing. The pumps are insane, and I feel extremely full. Still noticing oily skin, but no breakouts for me. Also stray black hair showing up on my upper back. Very happy with this product.

R4W - Didn't take this all weekend since I didnt train. I popped 3 today with my 3 DTH about 40minutes prior to workout. I feel the effects in 40-50 minutes. I am still sweating like there is no tomorrow. I really enjoy the feel I get from this product, very thermogenic feeling. I feel like my core temp is boosted, and I am very loose. Great intensity, and mind muscle connection is very solid. Definatly am sold on this product as a preworkout supplement.

Swell - I changed the way I am taking this. I still add a scoop pf poseidon to it, but I mix it with my creatine and drink it during my workout as opposed to prior. I felt like this worked better for me. I also mixed in a half bottle of gatorade, and that diluted the taste the best so far. No sides.

Today was a very good workout. I had an awesome pump, especially during my flat bench. I was actually engorged after my warm-up set. I am very pleased with my strength, especially since I am keeping very strict form. My diet is perfect right now, and I am hoping to hit 275 for 6 in 4 weeks!!! GO BIG OR GO HOME :twisted:
