dosage timing for havoc

wondering what was the best dosage timing or what worked best for you? im goin 30/40/40/50/50. I just started the first week and im doin 2 caps 30 min before my workout an then 1 after. I planned on doing 2 before an 2 after for the 2nd and third week and 3 caps before and 2 after for the final 2 weeks. Thanks

What works best for me (at 40mg per day, as an example) is 10mg a.m., 20mg preworkout, and another 10 before bed.
 
and what do u think would be best when taking 50 mg a day?

30 at one dose is usually my upper limit. If you can handle it, I would take it around 45 minutes preworkout.

It's the only supplement that shows effects BEFORE taking it. :)
 
Dsade, what are your thoughts on the 20mg dosing? I started this week and I'm taking one am and another 30 minutes Pre W/O. (Gym around 3PM) I assume we want to keep our blood levels elevated as much as possible. Approx. how long is it in our system and what's the best dosing frequency? Also, with or without meals? Currenty iIm doing on an empty stomach with fish oil.

What time in the A.M. are you taking it? Keep dosing 6-8 hours apart if possible to sustain maximum blood levels. It's a methylated compound, so absorbtion is not an issue. Taking it with or without food is fine. It's personal preference.

Typically I've been taking the 1st one @ 6 or 6:30 am and another around 3pm or so, approx. 30 minutes or so before the gym. When I go to 30 this Friday, I was thinking of doing the same and adding the 3rd before bedtime. What do you think about spreading the 4 around when I get to 40? take 2 pre w/o and stick with the same 3...1 in the am, 2 pre w/o and last one before bed?

When you hit 30mg/day, i'd take 10mg at 6am, and then 20mg 45 mins pre-workout 3pm. When you hit 40mg/day, i'd take 10mg at 6am, 20mg 45mins pre workout at 3pm, and then 10mg before bed.
