ATW Cinnamon Bun Name Change?

I think cinnamon bun is right on the money. Everybody loves cinnamon buns! Plus people have heard great things about this flavour which might not transfer over to the new name.

If you do need some ideas, perhaps
Cinnamon Swirl
Cinnamon Sensation (Cinncation maybe? ;)

is there a link to the cinnamon bun flavor whey ? ? ? im intrested

As far as I know there is not a specific link for Cin Bun. On Invalid Link Removed you just pick the type of protein you want and then select the flavor from a drop down list.

If there is more info on the cin bun flavor specifically I'd be interested as well.

its like a cross between pancake batter and snickerdoodle

er...maybe not. I dont know, but it is my favorite flavor by far.

it doesnt taste like a cinnamon bun to me though, more like rice pudding

This morning I took 1 cup of brown rice I had leftover from yesterday, added .5 cup of whipped cottage cheese, 1 serving cinnamon bun from ATW w/ 1.5 tbsp cold water, a touch of buttery spray and garnished with a tad bit of cinnamon and 1 splenda packet.

Pretty damn good! A little protein than I need in one meal but oh well.

was that a shake? or did you make a thick syrup by mixing the atw with just a tad bit of water and drizzle it over everything else?
it sounds interesting...

I just mixed it all in a bowl, and let it set for a couple minutes, turned it into not really a pudding but pretty damn close. I should have took a pic of it. The only i would say is that is wasn't really to filling, but it would make a good Postwork if you planned on eating again in an hour or so.

it's amazing the foods and combinations thereof that we learn to enjoy in our quest to be fit...
