Okay, just took RPM for the first few doses. 1st visit to the gym took one capsule lower then recommended per body weight. Workout went good but, didnt feel like I had the energy towards the end of my workout. Next workout took the suggested dose off bottle. Started out strong, and felt a light headed midway through my workout. No palpitations or anything else just light headed. Went on and off through the rest of the workout. Any suggestions? Also, my morning workout.... I like to go to the gym right upon awakining and not waiting for the hour for it to kick in. Any problems with emptying capsules into a liquid to aid quicker absorbtion? I've heard a lot of good stuff about RPM, just trying to find a way for it to work for me.
