so check it out: Im freakin hungry as hell. ya know when you are really hungry and you have that deep feeling in your gut, its almost uncomfortable...(can often lead you to believe you have gas). well ever since I began post cycle therapy, and started using IGF-1LR3 at 20mcg EOD, i have been experience quite uncomfortable hunger pangs all day. I will eat every 2 hours or less and consistently crave carbohydrates (sugars). I ate a huge plate of mashed potatoes with ground beef and vegetables, 10 minutes after ate a half of an organic pumpkin pie. (this entire meal was about 45 minutes after having 65g whey and a banana).
Im getting damn sick of food. and the hunger feeling is uncomfortable. I was never this hungry the last time I used IGF-1 (from a different source).
I havent been training this week, as it is the first week of PCT, I am just getting over being sick, and I have some irritated injuries. One possible explanation is that since there is an abundance of IGF-1 receptors on the digestive tract, and possibly not as much IGF-1 binding to my skeletal muscle because Im not working out (weight training upregulates IGF-1 receptor sensitivity unless Im mistaken) then it is making me very hungry and mayben increasing my metabolic rate?
what are other opinions? I hope the pangs settle. I cannot seem to eat too many carbs. I havent been working out, and I havent been eating very clean but yet I am not loosing mass, and somehow the fat is dropping off of my abs. (could be water).....but still I cannot seem to eat too much.
