Can Napalm be used on the face?

My girlfriend asks me this all the time so I figured Id come here.

She is pretty slim. 5'2 110. However her face has some chubbiness/puffiness to it and she hates it. It looks like water to me but she works out and eats low sodium so I dont know what it is.

Anywho can she use this on her cheeks and chin to slim it down?
 
It can, yes.

I think I would go with Lipoderm Ultra instead, though, for this. Make SURE she uses a good moisturizer along with it, as it can cause intermittent irritation.

And keep away from eyes.

This....people tend to both overdue stuff and not pay attention. Both products contain alcohols, and can irritate overly sensitive people and eyes.

If you are asking for official company stance, then you have it. If you are asking for feedback from someone with a lot of experience with the products, then you can read what I posted.

Mostly, though, be careful.
