Better fit for my E-Form?

What would be a better fit for my e-form? using it during my havoc/propadrol cycle or during my PCT?
here are the compounds I have. not sure exactly what to throw it in.

Testofreak/POST cycle support/Drive/e-form/retain 2/and Nolvadex
if I run the Nolvadex I will not run the POST Cycle support by AI.
If I used it during cycle would this mean I would throw out the propadrol for a later date.
 
thanks. that's what I thought, but I've just read places of people taking it on cycle I thought so it made me curious.
 
I would still use PCS even if you use Nolva. They are for two different things. PCS will keep your liver happy.
 
it does make sense to use on cycle if you are taking something that aromatizes like 4ad for instance. But not with havoc/propadrol.

couple of things here, dude:

1) why "if" you run nolva? This should definitely be included in your post cycle.
2) why no AI if you use nolva? the common post cycle therapy is nolva, clomid, and an AI, or at the least nolva (or another tamox product) and an AI. Nolva and the AI do different things and you should incorporate both, even if you're of the mind that havoc is mild and you don't need it. all phs should be used with the proper precautions to ensure your body gets back to where it needs to be for you to be healthy.

not trying to preach. just offering my 2 cents.
 
So I'm under the influence that if I use Nolvadex I need to include Post cycle support by anabolic innovations. I would use Nolva,testofreak,e-form,retain 2 PCS. Of course this is the better choice considering the SERM. I just wasn't sure of the exact compound of Havoc since I've never used many PH/DS. Always only AS. and trust me I've always used a SERM and anti-e during if needed. I was just curious if I needed to save the nolva for a later date on something taht would shut me down more, and just throw in the PCS by anabolic innovations instead. I would still use the retain2, testofreak, and e-form either way. thank you for the info though.

so therefore you would be talking about a PS like p-plex. not as much h-drol or orastan. I know there are some grey areas in there with some supps too.
 
yeah, if it doesn't turn into test or some other thing that can aromatize into estrogen, there isn't much point in using the formestane on cycle.
 
then how much of a difference would it make if i didn't take it PCT. Obviously it is going to give me that test rush but will the gains I keep be much different. I mean I could always save it and just take the Nolvadex, testofreak, retain2, PCS, perfect cycle.
 
thanks guys. by the way I got my Testofreak in the other day along with my havoc. man colosal labs makes the stuff want to get me shredded. Plus it's got some good additions to it besides the tribulus. Oh yeah!
