so i ate 8rpm today...

i ate 8 rpm's today because honestly i just wanted to see what would happen... it was a very intersting day. normaly i take 5 and i get a great PWO boost, RPM is probably the best OTC supp i have ever used so im not knocking it in any way, and yea i know it was probably a stupid idea but i know some bros on here will find this funny.

i woke up at 6am as i do every morning and had my breakfast. 1300 calories, 60g protein, 200g carbs. i got my usual bloated gut feeling and then proceeded to take 8rpm right after. i guess the food offset the kick in time because for an hour i just fealt sick. around 7:30 i got this insane surge of energy. i got the urge to get alot of stuff done, so i went and bought my gf a diamond ring for a Vday gift... i had no plans on doing this prior to this morning... i cleaned my car.. i read 100 pages of the Illiad..i went to the gym to do chest/triecps and started yelling and calling everyone Buddy and BigDog. Lifting wise i did amazing, did 160lb incline dumbell press 3x6 and incline bench 350lbs 3x8. i went home and fell asleep until about an hour ago.. moral of this story is dont take 8 Rpm's and expect to have a normal day. im around 240lbs 12%bf so i thought 8 wud be a joke for me.. it wasnt..:trout:

I bet someone tries to out do you now and we will hear some rant about how they got violently ill and how RPM causes you to puke. 8 is pretty gnarly though.
 
Getting fired up on a mega-dose of RPM and reading 100 pages of the Illiad seems hilarious to me. Was it for a class or something?

I personally find that RPM has a much stronger effect on me if taken on an empty stomach. A 1300 calorie breakfast is huge, damn.

I totally agree Jas. I can barely feel it with food, but on an a completely empty stomach it hits me like a ton of bricks.

nah i just read the illiad for fun i guess. and to be honst i really hope nobody tries this im a big guy and i know my body well enough to know what i can and can not handle. yea i tried that this mornig i took 5 b4 my breakfast and i got a great pump today but i got bad headaches after squatting.

you think that's bad, try 12 grams! I woke up one morning so tired that when I made my morning RPM drink I put 12 grams in by accident, didn't notice till I checked the scale 5 min later. I think I have the record, because that equals about 24 caps! Needless to say, I could not stop moving or talking ALL day. Won't be making myself a drink on the mornings I am too tired to think anymore. When I told dirk he about shiit his pants!
