Pslin + Oats Timing

I`ve been reading tons of threads about PSlin timing, we definitely need a manual with a sticky for AP and PSlin dosing (Mullet is working on that rightÉ).

Anyways I do morning workouts, but around 9 or 10. If I get up around 7 or 8, take my PSlin then have oatmeal for breakfast (I was thinking 130g of Oats (87g CHO, 14g Fiber) with half a cup of berries for another 4g carbs, and 4g of carbs from my scoop of whey ) how long should I wait before working out. I know it`s a personal thing, but would 1.5hrs -2hrs be required; Just wondering what has worked for you guys in the past that use PSlin with all complex carbs.

Side note, I took PSlin before my last leg workout, but I hit a little button on my scale that still shows g for grams but reduces everything by 40% or so! So instead of having 100g of Oats and 100g of Banana I had about 60g of each, which explains why my workout was actually poorer, I shortchanged myself!

During the work week, I wake up about 2 A.M. and start my workout about 3 hours after my dosing of P-Slin...

I take one cap about fifteen-twenty minutes prior to consuming a little more then a cup of oats/12 oz raw milk/1 scoop gf pro... Some mornings, if I still feel I need a few more carbs, I snack on some Kashi Cinnamon Harvest...

This works great for me in conjunction with some of the supplements I take pre-workout...

^^^^^^ This is around the best time to wait after the pre-workout meal. I found that any shorter gave me slight stomach upset and any longer i didn't benefit as much in endurance and the fullness wasn't as pronounced. So ye 90 minutes is around the best amountof time to wait.
 
Ive found this is the best timing as well.... 1 hour can still be ok for stomach issues but wont give as good pumps cause its not all loaded into the muscles yet.

1.5 hours I can do. I just saw in some threads where people said if they ate all complex carbs with their PSlin they waited 2-3 hours to work out and that's forever! I'd be hungry by the time I hit the gym lol. Anyways 60 minutes till gym time :)

2 hours if the meal is bigger and more amounts of fat.

1.5 hours is best and I take all my pre workout supplements 20 minutes before workouts (PowerFULL, adrenaline, recreate)

sounds like a creatine product.... was this the limited run for USPL creatine product i missed out on?

it was a limited inner circle release only available through UspLabs Direct, it wasnt sold in stores or online so you wont find any normal listigs for it and not likely to even find many threads regarding it.

I think you're confusing this with their CEE product that was available through NP... I haven't heard of any product released through the inner circle called recreate...

I sent 'er to Jacob today, to do some editing, should be out to the masses some time this week. This exact topic is covered.

You should be waiting at least one hour, as your carbohydrates have not begun to digest in earnest for half an hour, and will not be entering the bloodstream for one hour. Safest bet, especially if the meal is high in carbs and contains a substantial amount of fat (lipids block gastric uptake) is to dose P-Slin 20-30 minutes before the large meal, and then wait at least another hour after that. If this poses a problem Steve, simply set your alarm half an hour early, wake up, take your P-Slin, and go back to bed.
 
I noticed that personally 1.5hours didn't quite give the oats enough time to digest that fully. It's partly because 130g of oats is just alot physically, but when I tried to deadlift 1.5hours after finishing all the oats, I definitely still felt it in the stomach. I only tried it twice because I'm logging Ragnarok right now, but I'll give it more tries in the future (28 doses left! Jacob=The stud).

I found that despite being an ecto and doing well with carbs, with PSlin + PWO Shake and meal, I was at 1500cal by from 8am-11:30, with almost 225g of carbs and I definitely had to give it tons of time to settle after my post-WO meal. In the future I might considering going with a Protein+Fat PWO meal since my body already had so many carbs; even with Yellowgold I felt a little bit puffy.

As far as energy goes, I didn't notice any insane pump or energy :( But I was quite thirsty, I think I drank almost a litre of water during my workout!
 
I have found that oats don't deliver the best workout for me with p-slin, neither does WMS. It seems that other types of food that has a wider range of carb sources works better. It seems to work best if I eat foods that I consider 'cheat foods'...thats when I get the insane endurance and pumps. As far as timing, about 2 hours is my sweet spot.

I think you can use 60grams of carbohydrates with Pslin all the way up tp 150..depending on your goal.
