Usplabs does not disapoint. Whenever there is a sale, i buy it up. I also buy it on ebay at good prices when i see the stuff and i was looking at my pic, im missing a bottle of tna in there. it must still be on my desk

I totally agree with you. I do not spend much when I purchase supplements, but when I find a great deal on Usp Labs, I have a tendency to splurge. There are only a few companies I am willing to go overboard on, and Usp is one of them.
 
OK, I finally got to take the picture. Power was out for 2+ hrs tonight and my digital camera batteries were dead so I took this with my crappy camera phone.

Jacob is the man. Recieved a nice little present in the mail today. Will be starting it the next day or two and will be logging it. I will make Jacob proud! Go USPLABS!
 
1st workout under my belt with the new goods.

I took 2 caps with ~10oz water and 2 MMV2's. This was about 30min after my preworkout meal. 1scoop protein with ~30gr carbs from oatmeal (Took my anabolic pump 20min before of course :D )

Nothing too crazy outta the norm thermo wise. Although pumps were insane 2day! May have been because of my carb up this weeknd. I'm looking forward to 2maro's dose.


That doseing look good Jacob? I'll do 2caps before fasted cardio also, 4 total

Dont worry I wasn't. Im a stim junkie I should I mentiond that. Unless somthings pack'd with 50mg ephedra, 200mg caffeine, 50gr ger. I wouldn't have felt a thing,lol. Hence me waiting for some Reset-AD to get here.

I am going to take pic's 2maro morning and then again in 3 weeks. I've been on the same supp plan for about 5 weeks now. This will be the big wrench I threw into the stack for these last 3 weeks to really get shredded :bb2:

ive been stacking a few solid products though and having great results.

Jacob should we take 1 cap 3 times a day or how should we go about dosing this? I just used it based on the label, that sufficient?

I will say that my appetite was nicely suppressed today, not crazy, i just didnt crave anything, so it so far is doing what it says!

sorry...these are australia labels so directions are generic..

2 caps before morning meal and 1-2 caps 6 hours later. I alwasy like to plan 2 caps before a workout, but on off days, I dose 2/1.
 
Well the appetite isn't much 2day. All I've had are shakes because I was running late this morning. I'm supposed to eat here in about 20min and no hunger pains to report. I dont usually have much trouble with this but when it comes close to eating time it creeps up and Im pretty hungry. Maybe Im like that russian dog experiment. I know its feeding time and I go nuts for food? Well this stuff is curbing it :D

Alright sounds good. I workout at night so theres atleast a 12 hr time frame between the morning dose and when i would dose at night most of the time. Is this of any problem and should i keep the dose 2 am then 2 6hrs later or 2 am and then just 2 before workout still ok?

if you workout late just dose in the morning and 6-8 hours later.
