My postworkout this entire week has been 3 double cheeseburgers and a medium milkshake <------of course this is all from McD's, a little on the lower rung in the taste dept.

i wasn't expecting you to be a McD's guy. its been 7-8 years since i've been in there. even the smell of the place makes me ill.

I guess I am not really a "McD's guy"... but I saw an article written by Doggcrap where that is what he did when he hit a weight sticking point to get through it...ONLY postworkout though.
 
My kids both like it, but I hate getting stuck eating there. at least at chik fil a the salads are ok, or if I get a chicken sandwich I can get something besides fries for a side

Threw in 2 sets of chest cause I'm a pressaholic now.

Incline BB 225 X 10 easy
Incline DB 110 X 7 failure

Be careful though man, 315 is getting up there and you can easily injure yourself if you make one wrong move. Make sure and have a spotter on hand.

I'm pretty sure you and I, and a vast majority of Snuggle Club are keeping it natty these days PI. In our last quarter meeting, we felt that we should represent a clean, healthy side of training on the boards.. You were MIA for that meeting but by coincidence chose that path already. ;)

Ya what happened eh, i've decided to go natty as well, well for a good year anyway, i wanna deadlift 525lbs again but clean this time, then maybe hop back on and hit 600x1.

:dl:455 X 7 (tie PR). Bench: 265 X 5 (down from 275 for 6 a few weeks back). :squat: Nonexistant but I have an MRI scheduled for my knee the first week in February. Using 2 Mass FX/d and 2 X-lean/d, some Leviathan Reloaded and that's it. BW holding around ~211, prob 11-12%BF.

JK bro. I'm so fcuking happy about this. Not only is this my first respectable job since getting out of the Army, it pay's more than twice as much as any other job I've had since getting out too. And benefits, consistent daytime hours, etc. Things are moving up!:cheers:

:dl: 515 X 1, several attempts. 2 were very very close, almost too tough to call so I'll just say 2 near misses.

2 sets pulldowns
2 sets cable rows
1 set db lateral delt raises
1 set rear delt machine
2 sets cable pullovers
1 more set of pulldowns
 
Nobody's hit me up yet, but I'm just saying free liver enzyme testing, etc comin my way again...

definately comes in handy when applying for tester positions. i think i asked before but howd you get in this feild? any special training/classes/certification?

I'll be working in the core lab doing blood chemistries and counts, coags, Urinalysis, etc.

I have an A.S. in Health Sciences Laboratory Specialty, and I am studying to take the ASCP MLT certification. There are several different certs, but that's the only one that really counts. From there I can pursue a BSMT, but I'm leaning towards going into a different field.

Yeah Sinner.. Trap bars are awesome.. I can pull easier with them than regular bars because you pull up your centerline more. I hit an easy 530 with one a few weeks ago... so easy in fact I thought I had 580 in me... no dice.. :)

SS! I took off for a while and came back to you in high spirits! Maybe my absence has helped you in some butterfly effect way. lol
