sfearl1's Test Cypionate & DBOL Cycle

post cycle is going good. nothing has changed so far really. still lifting heavy, eating a ton, and actually feeling pretty good. this has definitely been a pleasant transition to say the least. we'll see next week when i go into week 3.

Sfearl didnt use HCG.

Sfearl, its the sustain. Trust. That product is solid when you stack it with a serm.

yea dude. I will back that up. I am using sustain with my serm and my recovery is *knock on wood* smooth as hell. i feel great. Even after coming off 6 weeks of suppressive Ph's I felt worse and more shut down than now. (and I've been on gear for 19 weeks prior to my current PCT).

IGF-1 makes a huge difference too.

just giving an update 3 weeks out of post cycle. i'm still at 192 so i didn't hardly lose any weight. of the weight i lost, i'd say it was a majority water bloat, maybe 3-4 lbs muscle mass but i think that probably about it. i'm also slightly leaner now than i was a few weeks back as well. i'd say i'm still 12-13% bf though.

i'm experiencing some weird fluctuations in strength right now with the absence of about 1/2 my bulking carb intake. my pressing movements (bench, shoulder press) have gotten significantly weaker. what i could push for 12-15 reps on cycle (and post cycle for that matter), i'm now pushing as my max for 6-8 which really takes a toll on the mental aspect in the gym. surprisingly though i haven't lost size in the associated muscle groups. i have no clue whats going on here as i'm not really too familiar with the exact forces at work (ie muscle physiology, fast vs. slow twitch fibers, etc.) but i wish my strength would come back in this area... ughhh!

now in contrast to that loss of strength, i've gained strength in some of my pulling moves (biceps and bent over rows are way up). in fact, my arms are a little bigger now than they were on cycle.

who knows, but i'll settle for the strength loss in some areas if the gain in others is just as equal. it's just the big moves like bench and shoulder press that really get the ego pumped and when they take a hit, it knocks you off course a little.

i'm currently using igf @ 20mcg bilaterally x 3 days a week. can't say i've noticed anything but i'm not really looking for immediate results. i'm also taking diesel test hardcore and i'm liking the alpha feeling i'm getting from that. i do want to note one thing here. my strength started to slope downward once i quit taking the sustain alpha and a week before my carbs took a hit. that has me wondering a lot as well...

Glad to hear you are still hyooge! ;) I should use the word swole..i love that gay ass word;) 13% bodyfat huh, sweet..you have now guilted me back on diet..

i've been talking to some people about IGF. unless using the RH version which is very expensive, then the site specific benefits are limited. ALso, since IGF is not ]directly associated with muscle growth, when using LR3 or RH the fact that it builds muscle is not necessarily certain. What it does do for sure is dispose of blood glucose, thus aiding a diet and fat loss program, heals connective tissue like no other, and makes my hair and nails grow very vast

it will effect muscle just because igf levels open up new growth, when injecting it esp in refined versions...levels are superhuman so to say, so in that sense, its gonna add to muscle growth if diet and training allow.

from my own personal experimentation, I have not experienced noticeable muscle growth. Now this isn't to say that when I use AAS in my future cycles, the unnoticed maturing muscle cells created by IGF-1 wont show off then....
