...dunno why you'd do that, wouldn't slower carbs like oats be better preworkout than wms?

Maybe someone will shed some light on this, you've got me curious as well.
 
From what I know chemically, sure there is no problem, it might even make the ragnarok kick in harder. If thats possible. It even says on the jug you can take it with a simple carb drink.
 
Well that answers that, may have to try that sometime, got tubs of both laying around.
