I'm new to this forum and in need of some help. I'm a 32 year old male who has been working out regularly again for almost a year after a couple year layoff. I'm 6' and range between 195 and 200 lbs. I work out 4 to 5 days a week about 1.5 hours p/day.
I am one of those idiots that got duped by the GNC Rep and have been taking sups on his recommendation. He claimed P6 Black was the greatest thing since sliced bread and would add 10 to 15 lbs of muscle in 30 days. Followed by a P6 Extreme as my PCT. I also use a CR5 Creatine and a whey protein shake.
So after all this, a good diet, and steady workouts, I'm not seeing any gains. So I'm looking for a good stack and was wondering if you guys could help me out. I've done a lot of research and this Superdrol NF and Mass FX looks good. Are they combineable or should I only do one. What would a good PTC be afterwords. I've read so many threads that my mind is in a daze so some help here would be great. Thanks!!
