Leviathan Reloaded showing quick results

I started Leviathan Reloaded 4 days ago, coupled with a low calorie (1000-1400) diet, and it's already showing some impressive results. This morning I looked in the mirror, and I had to make sure that my abs were relaxed - it looked like I was "sucking my stomach in" a little bit, even though I wasn't.

Will continue this, also going to be starting DCP, IGF-2 and Sesamin Oil on the 29th.

I'll post some before & after pics at some point if anyone is interested.

Excellent...will you be tracking your results in this thread.

Why so low on calories?

Why so low on calories?

Well, I was pretty obese last year, 5'8, 270lbs and I wasn't lifting weights, so it was pretty much all fat. I've dropped off a lot of the fat (I'm down to 178), but I still have some to lose. I dropped 92 lbs in 5 months on a low calorie diet with cardio & thermogenics, so I figure I'll lose this last spare tire doing the same thing.

This is me in May of 07...

You can tell that I still have plenty to lose...but I'm getting there!

Mr. intensity! ahhaha, glad you're liking the leviathan bro, I still think you may want to up that caloric intake like mentioned in that other thread. Just my opinion though. Good work on the before/after though.

Thats what I was saying. If you ever try to bulk up with lets say 3,00kcals, your body will not know what to do with the extra calories and will turn into fat.
