Que????? Im sorry bro, you must be confused, although i like your enthusiasm, lol. Im not personally taking JW, i just finished taking Drive and am now concurrently taking SDNG and P-slin.

Id honestly look into grabbing any or ALL of these (since you are plannin on getting 2 JW, right?) and running them instead, since its been brought to light that not only is JW really a weak steroid that has more strong suppresion then it does benifits but its NOT what they claimed it to be from the start wich was a natty test booster, i have no respect for comps that will blatently lie about what they are feeding their consumer!

Drive will kick your ass if youve never tried an icariin product (or even if you have) and P-slin and SDNG as i found out today make for some sick ass LOOOOONG (cause you dont want to leave) STRONG workouts!

SDNG was kinda nice for cardio :)

i belive that! stim x is a crazy stim and im not a stim fan typically, so even the small amount in SDNG is a really nice boost for me.

As for todays shoulder workout, I spoke with a fellow in another thread who had some very nicely developed delts and so I of course asked him how he hit them or if he specifically did something to target them. He turned out to be the perfect guy to ask cause he wasnt just naturally gifted with awesome delts either and had not so long ago been searching for a way to improve his too and was happy to hear someone ask him the same question he had been asking. Well to get down to it he said that the trick is to pre exhaust the main muscle group on shoulders day (delts) by making sure to do raises FIRST and then move in to the presses and more compound exercises, this sounded like a good idea so today i gave it a try and holy crap did it kill me! I can totally tell a difference in the routine i ran today over my typical shoulders routine already as im dead as hell and my shoulder feel like i smashed on them really good. The only thing is my presses suffered considerably as far as what weight i could lift BUT i think thats the point cause i could not only feel them more so in my delts then doing them fresh but i could also feel i needed to use my stabalizer muscles much more so to accomplish each rep in good form! I also moved the tris to today like i mentioned i would cause of limited time on chest day and have decided that although this makes for a long shoulders day that i am able to hit them better and then focus on just really going heavy on chest day, this was my previous split back during my epi run and now i remember why i liked it this way.

so heres my lifts, wich werent impressive whatsoever, but felt like they were 10X more effective then my previous routine and will be sticking with this one for a while.

Lateral raises- 15x12, 20x10, 20x10 (2 second holds at top, slow negative)
front raises- 7.5x15, 15x12, 20x10 same tempo
Arnold press- lol tried 35lbsx2 uh uh not happenin, lol. 25x10, 30x10, 30x9 +1assist
Shoulder press- 75x12, 85x10, 95x10 (good non locked out 3 second pauses, these BURNED)
over the head/seated curl bar skull crushers- 20lb barx20, 30lbsx15controlled +5smashed real quick, 40x15 controlled +burn till failure
Rope pull down- 30x12, 40x10, 40x10 (pulled wide and held for 2 sec.... if possible lol)
DB shrugs- 50x15, 55x10, 60x9 (was pretty dead in the shoulders by hear and holding then rolling back shoulder just KILLED but i had one sick ass trap pump :head:)

this was like a 1.5 hour workout and couldve been longer with more tri exersises but partner had to get off to work at the vitamin shoppe so we called it quits. Also weighed in at 189lbs, slowly but surely gaining.



Heres the before and after shots for Drive and start shots for SDNG. Like I said, I wish I would've taken em' earlier since much of the fat I lost happened initially but you can still see some slight leaning here but a ton of muscle maturation. Remember Ive been 6 lbs heavier then I am now and MUCH larger in some areas measurement wise (mainly arms) so this rapid change was totally expected, Drive just helped me kick it into high gear and get back into things much faster. I love muscle memory though. :twisted:

Now it sucks i couldnt tell that one was blurred from the before shot on my lil digi screen till just now when i uploaded it and also i had to take the afters myself cause wifey wasnt around but still came out ok (lol hung it by shoulder strap from bath tub curtain pole for back shot and got it first time, yeaya! lol) so all in all you can still see the difference and i was personally most impressed with lat width!

well ya, those are DB's so i dont know if you meant the weight or the range of motion i use to lift em.... but like i said i pre-exausted my delts today and it just KILLED the max weight i could use to do arnolds although i could feel them CONSIDERABLY more especially in my stabilizing muscles.

i also have weak shoulders, as in the joints, so i cant go super heavy until i get my rear delts back up to where they were cause it seems thats what holds my shoulders in their sockets.

Legs are a strong point for me and grow easily. I found that whatever bodypart I pair up with legs, also grows easily. So, I split up quads and hams and pair each of those with a lagging bodypart on seperate days.

Say for example:
Quads/Shoulders
Back/Bis
Hams/Tris
Chest/Core

This allows the lagging bodyparts to reap the anabolic benefits of squats on quad day and anabolic benefits of deadlifts on ham day. The icing on the cake is that it also breaks up the monotany of leg day.

i listened to celc5's advice and i've been training bi's with my deadlifts and tris with my squats and my arms are continually getting aloooot stronger. of course i was just on cycle but still, it definitely works.

I like the idea of spreading out the legs as well, for the idea you have mentioned but even more so i dont like doing legs so much and when i do a full out leg day i end up nearly puking half the time. I never worked out my legs traditionally until just a lil while ago since i snowboarded alot though they were still fairly built.... problem is that snowboarding is seasonal so id get a good amount of atrophy during the summer and always made it a pain the first couple times coming back into the season. If i were to work them out consistantly im sure theyd get strong and big fast though as i moved from squating 135 for reps back in last june to easily doin 225 for reps a month and a half later, but i wont dare go above that cause my knees are bad.

Something that I like to do to prevent squats from getting too heavy is to rotate them in and out of my routine every 4-8 weeks. Reverse lunges (BB or DB) seem to be easy on the knees. I also like a power clean/front squat hybrid that I use while I'm ON. It allows you to fry your quads while keeping the weights light.

Poop, maybe someday we can be as ripped and tan as Sfearl. Hey cheif, he's in the zone! :lol:

I rotate squats, deads and leg press around a lot so I don't have to go huge on squats. Mostly I stick to leg press and HammerStrength deads switching between the two every week. I find one leg day a week is plenty for me and do all my ultra heavy stuff on those two excercises and use squats for higher reps/lower weight just to play it safe.

And to any naysayers, I have gotten plenty strong doing this..1000lbs on leg press, 650 on HS deads. I just prefer to go lighter on squats having experienced injury from these and read enough horror stories to not want to press my luck,lol.

Hellz ya man get back at it... and keep a log, it will help keep you motivated and true to your goals knowing others are there waiting to hear how you tore it up. plus man with where youve been before you should be able to gain sick and quick too with some muscle memory gains. Either way keep me updated man, im rootin for ya.
 
so do you guys really think muscle memory plays a big role in coming back up fast from your personal experiences? fortunately i've only had a single injury related to weight lifting which inhibited my lifting (for only 2 weeks) but i didn't lose much during that time so i have not experienced the so called "muscle memory gains" you get when returning.

I really do, your body has been to a certain limit before and at one point in time tha that was normal to it, as well as the fact, depending on how long youve been out and wether or not your muscles have severely atrophied or just gotten smaller, for the most part the same amount of cells/fibers should still exist so its more so an issue of "reinflating" those existing fibers, all the while your doing that new fibers and tears are still being made and repaired so i feel that for the first while you get n exponential effect going on for muscle growth, then it also allows you IMO to push past what you were at previously more easy as well cause youll get to your previous status with more fibeers all together and have a chance to fully mature all those usually ending in not only bigger butt most likely better looking muscles. I belive taht this is why many guys who reach a real hard platue that they cant break they just stop lifting and take a break for a while.
 
Muscle memory for me (been injured a lot) has been very speedy. Seems I always come back stronger and fresher. I always keep some sort of level of fitness when I'm injured because I am addicted to the lifestyle, so I think that also helps me out. No "adjusting" time to be accounted for.
 
I definately believe in muscle memory. I had been out of the gym for almost 4 months(legal problems) and lost about 18 pounds. I have now been in the gym consistantly for about two and a half weeks. I haven't got all my strength back but i have already gained about 8 pounds back, and i know it isn't fat because i have been doing more cardio then ever and am looking aloooot leaner. So to me it is very evident that something other than just regular gains is happening
 
Poops i tried that pre-exhausting for shoulders and i think it worked out real well. I got a great pump and was still strohger than i though i would be on arnolds and presses after, but it felt alot more isolated to my delts

:woohoo: Well mace made the magic happen and its official I’ll be running the Xfactor+Mass FX/EX stack and ill use it for my SDNG post cycle therapy in a couple weeks along side ATD most likely (although i like 6-bromo so much more, Mass FX and HDX2 was one sick as post cycle therapy) maybe i can convince wifey to let me purchase the HDX2, well see. but ill start first with one week of toremifene at 120-90 and then second week at 30-15 to make sure it starts off with a boost... i may not even add the mass FX/ES and the xfactor till the second week so the Mass fx will have more test to actually free up.

I'll be hitting legs tonight since I thought gym closed at 11 last night and got there to have the door locked in my face one thing I’ve noticed is a slightly suppressed appetite with the SDNG but not so much I cant eat, just not hungry when I do. might just try to spread out the dose a little more and take it on full stomach instead of taking 2 in the morn on my off and 2 preworkout, specially since i need to make sure to eat right after working out and i usually can only stand a small shake then cant eat again for hours with this stuff. you guys can probably tell I’m pretty sensitive to stims eh? should be nice for starting more fat loss though and at the least maintaining weight as well which translates into LBM gains for every bf% i lose without moving the scale.

Gonna type up official drive review right now and post that as well.

Drive Review

General overview:

This is hands down one of the strongest single non hormonal compounds I've taken. I've used it twice now, once in PCT with only toremifene to accompany it and now here in this recomping stack where it was by far the standout supp. I managed to come in after a 6 month hiatus and get back into the swing of things easily with this supp. The intitial effects were noticable leaning out without any weight loss, I was also able to come back into the gym each week feeling more stable and stronger then the week prior, so much so at times I was worried my muscle were getting stronger then the reconditioning of my tendons and ligiments thus I was forced to add cissus to help repair an injury and start the process of prevention for anything else.

Addition of rest of stack: was P-slin, workouts prior were already stellar and pumps were great but the combination of the cordyceps icariin AND the carb forced pumps from P-slin were just outta this world and noticable to not only me but my gym partner as well. Then the addition of more forslean nightly I continued to see a great deal of fat loss round the lower abs, obliques and lower back. The only problem with this ws the occasional discomfort in the stomach with my next morning dose of Drive and the almost reliable poop 15min after taking it but this wasnt extreme or anything I didnt mind since it wasnt an abnormal (read explosive diarhea) excretion. This subsided after the first week of taking the additional forslean.

Gains/progress:

I made a documented 9lb gain up to now and probally more if I had been keeping good track the first week I started. I wish i had calipers so a rough bf% could be determined from before and after but its an apparent one from the pics taken already 2 weeks in and even more so to myself from the very begining before I had the chance to take some shots.

180 (with padding)/ 189 (with very little left on the obliques and hips but almost al gone from lower abs)

change here has been considerably apparent to both me and my wife but i didnt get a real tape and measurements until the 16th wich was only 10 days ago... im certain my arms were easily another .5" smaller and my chest was just flat and flabby from not being worked out.... few weeks of drive eating and working out right got everything reinflated quite nicely but i still have a lil way to go till im back to my august stats....

All in all I got the gains where wanted and the losses where needed, the only thing I can figure bout my right leg is it was holding more fat cause I drive and board with my left leg so its always been more defined and in shape. Wish I would have seen more change with legs but I'm pretty sure its cause i only hit them really hard once in the last 2 weeks, after today I'll be incorperating the week wide leg workout witha diff exercsize done each day of other parts plus an additional day of light squat and Bis (focusing on left mostly) in place of normal leg day.

Sides:

These were minimal and treatable with little trouble. As mentioned the main side I faced was slight GI discomfort but only with the addition of more forslean. Some slight drying out wich was countered with the addition of supercissus and bumping up fish oil intake. The only other noticable side was some acne on my back and face, but this is almost welcome in my eyes as its a sign that Test has been increased and I'm getting the desired effect from the icariin.

Final recommendation:

With running this twice now in two different settings I feel I can definately give an unbiased review, which is this. If you can or are thinking bout buying Drive, stop thinking bout it and DO IT! If you can afford to get some RPM and/or P-slin to stack with it and crank up the workouts, DO IT. If you wonder wether it would be a nice addition to your PCT, the answer is YES. If you wonder if it would be a nice addition to any NHA stack or even run alone, the answer is YES.

I can't wait till I get the chance to run this once again, and with the exception of my upcoming SDNG pct this will always be a choice for my test booster in my PCT stacks, even if its not the only one it will be the first one purchased. If I had the dough Id actually pick up a couple more bottles and run it straight along side the SDNG and right into the PCT as well since I've heard it can have great effects that dont diminish much across a long period of time and can even be usefull while on cycle, especially one thats not all that suppresive like SDNG or Epi.

Up Next:
Is obviously SDNG and the continued stack of bulk powders and P-slin for at least a week, I may stop the pslin after that until PCT (planning on keeping like 14 pills) so my workouts dont suffer until I start the Mass FX/ES
 
Huh i thought you didn't need a sermn for sdng

your probably correct, and so is AX but I dont leave things to chance and I am susceptable to estrogenic sides so I'd perfer to just take it regardless, plus at the least it will get the test back up or beyond norm faster so I can get the Mass FX/ES started with great effectiveness.

Yeah I'm coming to realize that my knee pain does not hinder my quads' growth at all. Rather, it does hinder my training them as much as the rest... :think: That does get me thinking... :blink:

Aight, legs tonight and I must say I still feel the effects when I try to walk up and soend my apartment steps hours later... It's a good sign that I targeted them well... I only hope I didnt over do it on the calves again since last time they were toast and I could hardly walk for the next couple days. was able to move up on many of the exercises in weight and do so with ease... going to def push it further next time. Pumps were pretty incredible as well with some heeeaaaavvy feeling legs being so pumped full of blood and almost no strength by the end to even lift em... heres how it went down.

Walking lunges
-20 for warm up
Front squat w/bar- 20 for warm up
Leg press followed immedietly with calve raises (this just burns by the last rep)- 180x15/20, 210x15x20, 210x15/15
Leg extensions (quads)- 100x10, 115x10, 130x10 (good pause at apex of each extension)
Leg Curls (ham)- 105x18, 135x15, 150x15
Standing calve raises- +120x20, +150x15

could barely wak out the gym and felt GREAT. cant wait to start incorperating a good heavy leg lift, prob at the start of each day this next week, minus on chest day.

SDNG did great again I feel at giving me the drive to try more weight and suprised when I hit it and then 5-10 more times on each set then planned and still ending with some gas in the tank.... will def be bumping the weight these next days ALOT. This time thuogh I came off my w/o starving and think I may have my dosing betrter set until I grow more used to the stim effect... if it starts to diminish in energy for workouts then I'll start dosing on an empty stomach.... cant wait to see what happens with it on monday with chest, frickin psyched.

I do split squats instead of lunges... Up and down in the lunge position, switch legs, go again... VERY gentle on my crappy knees...

Try that sometime poops... ;)

Ive been able to keep my appetite intact with SDNG by dosing it either 10-25 min before or during a meal and make sure I dont get all stimmed out, which with my high metabolism is fairly easy to do. BUT Ive noticed that regardless of how I dose it within an hour I get a fairly strong thermo effect wich pleases me. No super stimmy feeling but still apparent fat loss going on with this level of thermo going on.:head:

Got in a good amount of food yesterday. Prob too many carbs but I AM trying to bulk and just keep fat gain min to nill, any loss is welcome but not my goal, anyway I'm hoping this will make for a strong chest workout today getting to smash on it with SDNG and P-slin :head:x2

edit... one more thing. Im not sure if this is unique to the tester bottles of SDNG or if its the same for the production version but my caps smell considerably of maple and mollasses. I'm not sure if this is an active ingredient in the cap or a filler that causes this BUT Ive been told by my wife even hours after I take it that I smell like syrup, as if this is permeating from my pores with the thermo effect.... makes me wonder if it would change the, eh.... taste of something else as well????

Any tips on what this may be mace? or anyone else in the know?

edit... one more thing. Im not sure if this is unique to the tester bottles of SDNG or if its the same for the production version but my caps smell considerably of maple and mollasses. I'm not sure if this is an active ingredient in the cap or a filler that causes this BUT Ive been told by my wife even hours after I take it that I smell like syrup, as if this is permeating from my pores with the thermo effect.... makes me wonder if it would change the, eh.... taste of something else as well????

Any tips on what this may be mace? or anyone else in the know?

I kid you not my wife said the same thing when i took it lol
