what i would like to ask..what can i expect from this stack ???
directions say 1pill a day..

You are saying one of two things:

1.) You are taking a prohormone stack with no training or diet whatsoever
or

3.)I'm lifting nearly 2 years.my start weight was 60kg ?%bf-currently 79kg 13% bf
age-25
diet-eating clean-protein source mostly food+ protein shakes
supplemets-ZMA all year round
aminos 6g/ed all year round
fish oil 6g/ed all year round
multivitamin all year round

past cycle: liquid masterdrol+m1d+I-gh1
upcoming cycle: 1AD/4AD transdermal for 5-6weeks,post cycle therapy nolva+actX+advanced post cycle therapy

About that stack-it's no stack.1pill contain ingredietnts listed before.there is 30pills and directions say 1pill/ed.don't know exactly amount of ingredients in pill-parcel hasn't arrived yet.
