If I go bulk, Im gonna mix 15g with Crystal Light and see what happens.

BTW, what was your BCAA dosage during your on/off days?

Umm I had 10g from bulk each workout, then if you add whats in my ON whey I had an extra 22g. Your gonna like the bulk, have you had exeriance with BCAA's before? This is my 1st time having more than whats in my protein and I LOVE it.
 
I dont think the zit's are from X-Factor. Bulk BCAA's have a slightly bitter taste IMO but are much cheaper and a better buy than Xtend unless your getting the deal nutra is putting on right now. But then again Xtend sure is yummy

The only BCAA's I have ever consumed have been from my Cytosports Complete Whey Protein. So, yes, this will be my first time taking a free-form BCAA supplement. Im very excited to see what kind of benefits I can get.

Oh man you'll be amazed lol. You should switch to ON's whey.. more protein, better ingrediants. Thats what I think anyway.. I tried other proteins in the past and they suck compared to it.

Looking at your stats in you sig. I also wrestled waay outta my weight class my frosh year. I think I weighed between 119-122 the whole year and wrestled between 135-145. Mad props bro.

Damn, that must of been hard. It's really killing me lol. So far I only have 2 pins.

I'm actually not taking whey regulary anymore. I will occasinly have a shake but I no longer have them in my daily consumption.

I'm getting 220g+ from whole foods.

Thats a lot of protein. If I wanted to take 2 shakes a day, that would put in around 275g of protein. I really feel that is too much for your body to digest and use all for building muscle, and for the other purposes in the body. I'm skeptical that none of that 275g of Protein would turn into fat. I know some will, and I'd rather not gain BF.

However I eat a crap load of carbs for energy.

500g a day. 100g in the morning. 100g pre-workout. and somewhere around 150 within 2 hours after I lift all before 5:00 PM.

But, during my cut, I think buying some Whey MIGHT help me a little bit. Not to sure yet. I still need to do my research.
 
In addition to my rant, lol, if some of my extra carbs turn into fat, at least it saves me money. Carbs are cheaper then whey:head:
 
Haha ya. I have 2 bowls of cereal for breakfast so thats around 200 carbs.. then before my workout I have around 50-60.
 
Wow nice records! I've wrestled for about 3 years now. You know the Stieber's and Oni from Monroeville? I'm from Ohio so I see them alot, their all national champs. I'm not SUPER big into it.. but if I do something I'm gonna give it my best so I guess I'm kinda big into it.

I was 140lb weight class at the time..
This kid, who was the only kid who could be me at the time. Also the National champion at my bracket, and I think he was 2nd, or 3rd in the world was a kid who goes by the name of Walter Peppelman..
He travels out of the U.S. for wrestling, it runs in his family..

He lives about an hour up the road from me, up in Harrisburgh.. I've been wrestling this kid since I was little..

Day 6

Ups- Good workout, nothing really new to report on legs.

Downs- Absolutely nothing.

Well tomarrow's an off day so I'll just post an update Monday after my workout then.. feel free to ask questions.
 
Day 8

Ups- Great workout! My normal lifts on bench were a lot easier and I felt like I could go forever.

Downs- Nothing

Yesterday I looked pumped all day! Felt really pumped too, it was great. Can't wait till tomarrow.

Hey guys. I have just bought two bottles of X-Factor and I am going to start taking the recommended dose to help me reach my goal of 20 lbs of lbm in 12 weeks.

I have only been lifting a few months and I have grown a lot recently. I'm a skinny hardgainer and i'm amazed at the amount of muscle I have gained by simply eating well and using a few supplements.


---(ok back to me) I'm about to do my workout.. waiting for the WF to kick in so I'll post today's update in a couple hours. Just thought that post was HILARIOUS.
 
Day 9

Ups- Good workout considering I'm feeling sick as hell, think a cold is trying to get me. I've been mega dosing vitamin C and echinacia and that's helping ALOT so I don't think I'll have to worry.

Downs- Nothing still.
 
Day 11

Ah **** me! My match was ****.. went out there, first thing my dude does is sprawls on my bad shoulder and twists it around. So I wrestled into 3rd period using only 1 arm cuz I could barely move the hurt one. Then turns out it's ****ing strained I guess the trainer told me.. oh well, big tournament tomarrow-saturday so see how that goes. This isn't gonna effect my lifting.. I've been doing the heating and cooling method and it's gotten a lot better till today.

I'll update how the tournament went Sunday when I get back..

Ups- Actualy I felt WAY stronger than I usualy do in the match today.. so maybe the X helped out a little? Don't know but I had some nice new strength especialy for being sick.
 
Day 13

Ups- Yesterday my shoulder wasn't bothering me.. lots of strength during my matches and seemed to take longer to get winded.

Downs- Nothing.
 
Day 14

Ups- GREAT workout! Back today and upped some weight on front lat pull downs, was doing 110 for 5 reps. Usualy I only do 100. Great pump going to.

Downs- Again.. nothing.
 
Day 15

Ups- Wow. That's all I can say.. today was chest and I have got to say it's the best workout yet! I was pumping out my normal weights like they were nothing, only reason I didn't up the weight is because I'm watching out for my shoulder for the moment.

Downs- Nothing.
 
Day 16

Ups- the 1st hour of practice was the easiest ever. Then I worked out for the last hour-hour and a half and it was great! Vein was popping like crazy, muscle looked like it was tearing thru my skin.. hell yeah great workout. I wanted to see how easily I could do 95 for 10 reps on the EZ bar like I did before I switched to 5 sets and it felt like there was nothing on it.

Downs- Zits. Got like 5.. don't think it's from wrestling because they never popped up until about a week into the X.
 
Day 18

Ups- Great workout for back.. took me a while to get in the mood because today was one of those bla days.. all rainy and ****.

Downs- Just zits.

Ups- Ok workout. Great pumps, great veins, horrible drop in weights. Wow.. maybe it's my shoulder? I started going heavy again since it's better.. maybe I lost some strength in the lazy/rebuild time. but everything DROPPED horribly.. bad day.

Downs- nothing.
 
Day 22

Ups- Awesome workout, great pump and everything. My biceps looked GIGANTIC plus old weights seemed easy.. might get some new records again next week =]

Downs- Nothing.
 
Day 23

Ups- Best tricep workout ever! Flexed them in the mirror and they were shredded and huge.. can't wait to get the pics when I'm done to show you guys this progress. And new record, for skull crushes I usualy do 55 for 5 reps, I did 70 for 5 reps.

Downs- is gaining insane muscle a down? Haha just playin.
 
This stuff is awesome isn't it. I'm a former college wrestler and took it during the off-season. I gained 8 pounds. Hope this stuff keeps working for you and good-luck next season.

Thanks man, I'm lovin this stuff. Got a powerlifting meet coming up Febuary 23rd so hopefully this keeps working like it is.
