Bolic Question

I am getting ready to go up to three caps a day. My question is how long should one wait before eating after taking bolic, i know you should wait and hour after eating, but how long should we wait again after that. i know personally around my workout i eat every two hours or so. Thanks
 
What's tha rationale for this?


I've seen no difference with or without food, but generally speaking I take with meals... 4 caps a day divided.

I have a pretty sound theory. Forskolin liberates fat like ephedrine does and stimulates lipolysis so for me timing is key.

I take one before I stretch in the morning; one before workouts; one before bed; one 1 hour after a meal.

lipolysis happens after eating, during sleep and morning so makes good sense to me....

I believe it does have properties which make your body produce less insulin/clear out carbs from the blood stream which would make it very effective before bed.

That sounds like perfect doseing to me.

That only makes a lot of sense to me if it's half-life is short, which I guess I'd need educated on. Otherwise, if it's long it probably won't matter as much because you'll still have active floating around both before and after meals regardless, no?

Good question. I am inquiring.

There should be a great elevation in cAMP 1 hour after injestion as compared to 3 houra after injestion.

Just a hypothetical... say we dose every three hours based on this. 3, 6, 9, 12 waking hours... dose maybe 3.5. Yeah, it's plausible but one would also have to determine just how much more beneficial that added elevation is... or, is it a matter of splitting hairs kinda like EAA vs. BCAA debates.

It actually would be interesting to experiement with that protocol if you can tolerate the sides but it may be more anabolic or may not.

Here is what the science guy said at USPlabs(PHD in pharmacy).

Forskolin has a half-life, as do all compounds (though some aren't always a
"classical" half-life) but I've never seen it formally evaluated within the
literature. I'm guessing it's probably something like 4-6 hours.

cAMP would likely be highest when forskolin levels reach peak plasma
concentrations, but, that along with nearly all oral pharmacokinetic data is
unknown or at least, isn't available in the primary literature.
