do anti histamines increase appetite?

hey guys. for the past couple months, my appetite has gone to
Sh*t lol

now does taking anti histamines at night before sleep increase hunger?

i just need something besides blackhole that stimulates appetite.
 
anti histamines did nothing for me. What you want is to get ghrelin that will make you eat.
 
some anti histamines do increase appetite....they dont really have a huge affect everyone though

What's more, why do certain antihistamines increase appetite? Does it have to do with which receptor a given agent blocks (i.e. H1 versus H2 antagonists)? Does it have to do with whether or not they cross the blood-brain barrier? That is, whether or not they make one drowsy?

i know that mirtazapine (remeron) is one that does increase appetite.
but thats an anti depressant.

ketotifen is an anti histamine that does show signs of increased appeitte.
 
Cyproheptadine is used as an appetite stimulant. it antagonizes the action of histamine at H1 receptors. ketotifen is also supposed to increase appetite (used this product and did not notice the increase though) ketotifen also antagonizes the H1's as well. not sure if appetite is stimulated directly from antagonizing the H1's or if it is through a different pathway.

Cyproheptadine did nothing for me. I tried that stacked with black hole and still got nothing.

As far as ghrelin yes its subc and you will gain so fast from it. People had to stop before from gaining 15 lbs in 2 weeks. I mean to me thats awesome for someone trying to gain weight and to some its to much.

250x2 morning and after a work out. I think is the best way to go. It all depends. You would have to play around with your timing.

.25 mg?

Ghrelin is like 45 bucks for 1 mg thats sooo expensive.
 
Where did you see it for 45. That is pricey. I found GHRP6 for 20 bucks. No links though.

Why does ghrelin cost more? IR never emailed me back. I want to buy bulk to get it cheeper than 20 bones. AG guys wanted 10 ghrp = 1500 USD , free shipping you get 11th bottle free. Pricey. What do you think?
 
periactin (cyproheptadine) is some really powerful stuff, it will put you to sleep the first week you take it.

But, it also makes your stomach a bottomless pit. You have to eat really clean otherwise you camn gain the most stubborn fat Ive ever encountered. I called my doctor and had hom send a prescription to the pharmacy for me, told hime my old doctor used to prescribe it to me for allergies. So it cost like 7 bucks for 100 tabs
