Today I begin my ckd journey to 6-8%BF. I am currently floating just north of 200lbs at probably 12-13% BF. I have been choosen to log BLAST from Nimbus Nutrition. I will be useing this as my only energy supp. We all know that CKD=no energy. I have ran a similar CKD type diet and my workouts really suffered. I just didn't have anything in the tank to train at a high intesity.I dont have it yet but will throw it in the mix as soon as it arrives.
