Not necassarily to log exercises, but I do jump on it to punch in a new diet just to see my breakdown of what I'm going to be consuming. Comes in handy for those detailers such as myself.

Pretty much the same.. I don't do it everyday though, no point especially if you're eating what you've planned to eat and you've done the calculations before.
I use it every now and then (once a month or so), just to gauge my P/C/F breakdown......I don't log what I eat everyday though. It's too easy for me to get neurotic about it if I started to "record" every gram of food I eat.
