Carbs: 100grams Protein: 44grams Fat: 5grams

X-Factor Dosed:
2 preworkout, 1 afternoon, 1 evening

Workout Thoughts:
Switched things up today and went with a bench press pyramid. There was no one else in the gym, so i didnt have to worry about taking up a bench for too long. It really felt good and when I left the gym, I was really happy with what I got done. The workout flew by and rest periods between sets were pretty minimal. It made for a very intense workout.

Workout Ratings
Focus: 8/10
*mind was on the workout
Energy: 8/10
*energy was solid
Endurance: 8.5/10
*solid, went from set to set with no trouble

Pump: 8.25/10

Workout Overall: 8.25/10
*happy with the workout

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
Endurance was really good today. I kept the rest between sets pretty short, yet was still able to push out the reps I was hoping for. My chest was also very pumped. It looked and felt great. Not sure X-Factor has kicked in yet, but hopefully it does soon. No side effects to speak of yet.

Scoop ON Whey
Carbs: 100grams Protein: 44grams Fat: 5grams

X-Factor Dosed:
2 preworkout, 1 afternoon, 1 evening

Workout Thoughts:
Really good back workout today. Set a new PR for seated cable rows, so I was very happy with that. Hopefully I will be setting alot of new PRs as the days go on and X-Factor really starts to hit. The biangular lat pulldown machine is something that I hadnt done in a really long time. It used to be one of my favorite machines, but i got away from it until this workout. My back felt thouroughy abused when I was leaving the gym, so i was happy.

Workout Ratings
Focus: 8.75/10
*really good focus today for some reason
Energy: 8.5/10
*focus overlapped into some solid energy
Endurance: 8.5/10

Strength: 8.25/10
*one new PR, so i was happy
Pump: 8.25/10
*solid back pump
Workout Overall: 8.5/10
*good feel to the whole workout

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
Its 24 days in and I still dont feel like X-Factor has really hit yet. I havent had any really surprising strength increases that I would attribute to something outside of my normal routine. Hopefully things start to really hit in the next few days. P-Slin was solid once again as I got a very good pump, as well as solid endurance and set to set recovery. No sides to report whatsoever.

Scoop ON Whey
Carbs: 100grams Protein: 44grams Fat: 5grams

X-Factor Dosed:
2 preworkout, 1 afternoon, 1 evening

Workout Thoughts:
Hell of a workout today. 3 PRs and a few other strength increases. I felt amazing and each time I set a new PR, it just made me want to push more. My delts felt great by the end of the workout. The shoulder press machine is where things really got crazy as I set higher numbers on all 3 of my sets. The different dumbell raises werent a great test of strength because I focus on form on those rather than weight. However, I was able to increase weight on my machine shrugs as well. I was really happy with what I did in the gym today.

Workout Ratings
Focus: 8/10
*focus was excellent
Energy: 8.5/10
*felt energized and ready
Endurance: 8/10
*went from set to set no problem
Strength: 9/10
*set a bunch of new strength numbers today
Pump: 8.5/10
*pretty solid delt pump
Workout Overall: 8.75/10
*awesome workout

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
It looks like X-Factor may be starting to kick in, just as I am finishing the first bottle. I was able to set a bunch of PRs today and also increased on some other sets. My delts felt really good and I was really happy to see that many gains made. I also noticed that my lats are very sore today, much more than I usually expect, another sign that X-F may be starting to do its thing. P-Slin gave good endurance and pumps once again also. Hopefully more of what I saw today is in store and things can really start getting crazy. Also, Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Friday Arm Workout

My gym was closed again today, so I couldnt get in a real workout. I wasnt about to skip another day, so I did what I could at my house. I have some bars and plates here, so I did the best that I could. Unfortunately, the workout basically consisted of some higher rep schemes since I didnt have sufficient weight. I finished off with some ab work.

++: shows an increase in either reps or weight from last workout
**: shows a new PR

Preworkout Meal 15 Minutes after P-Slin:
4 Multigrain English Muffins
Scoop ON Whey
Carbs: 100grams Protein: 44grams Fat: 5grams

X-Factor Dosed:
2 preworkout, 1 afternoon, 1 evening

Workout Thoughts:
Its hard to get in real quality work with the limited selection that I was working with but I did what I could to make the workout intense. I superset bis and tris as I usually would and cut rest times down very shortly. I was able to get in some quality ab work, so I was happy about that.

Workout Ratings
Focus: 8/10
*pretty good for being in my basement
Energy: 8/10
*decent
Endurance: 8.5/10
*felt good, but hard to judge because of the nature of the workout
Strength: */10
*couldnt tell you, haha
Pump: 8.75/10
*arms looked huge during the workout
Workout Overall: 8/10
*happy to at least get something done

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
I was disappointed to not be able to get in the gym because I think X-F might be kicking in and I really wanted to see what that would mean. I did get a really good pump in my arms, but that is likely due to the high reps I was pumping out. Endurance was pretty good, but again, its hard to judge since this wasnt my traditional workout. Unfortunately, since I wasnt able to go to the gym, I didnt get a weight check for the week. I can hopefully get that on Monday and I will update my stats then.

Saturday Rest Day:
Followed a 1-1-1-1 dosing today of X-Factor today. Did some reading for school and got some other stuff done that I needed to do. Took my P-Slin before dinner tonight because my mom was making a nice dinner, so I knew there would be some extra carbs involved in that. Not much else to report.

Sunday Rest Day:
1-1-1-1 dosing of X-Factor and took my P-Slin about 15 minutes before a cheat meal. Me and a few friends went to watch football at a sports bar, so I ate a pretty solid amount of pizza and enjoyed every minuted of it. Browns won too, so it made for an excellent off day.

X-Factor Dosed:
2 preworkout, 1 afternoon, 1 evening

Workout Thoughts:
I think the strength gains and PRs speak for themself. This was one hell of a workout for me. I was really really happy to see the bench start going up. I had been stuck on bench for awhile. The 5 reps at 225lbs ties a PR I set a little while back when I was doing a strength program. Hopefully I will break that PR in the next workout or two. Followed that up with the biangular flat bench and set a new PR on that as well. I did incline DBs and that was the only thing I wasnt able to set PRs on. Finished off with some weighted dips and was able to set a new PR on that as well. Obviously this was an excellent workout.

Workout Ratings
Focus: 8.75/10
*new numbers kept me focused
Energy: 9/10
*just wanted to keep going
Endurance: 9/10
*great from set to set
Strength: 9.95/10
*i dont often give 10s, i probably should
Pump: 8.5/10
*pecs were rock solid
Workout Overall: 9.75/10
*amazing workout

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
I think it would be an understatement to say that X-Factor is kicking in. Today was one of the best days I have had in the gym in awhile. Everything felt great and I was especially happy to see my bench go up. Im planning on seeing a new PR on that in the next workout or two. Hitting all these new numbers kept pushing me to want to lift more. It was great. P-Slin came through as usual. My endurance was top notch and pumps were great. Both my triceps and pecs were extremely full and tight. I didnt notice much in the way of increased soreness in my chest and I also dont have an increased joint soreness.

Workout Thoughts:
Good workout. I saw some solid strength increases and was also able to hit a new PR on seated cable rows. I was really pumped about the workout and it felt great from start to finish. One other thing of note is that this workout flew by. I didnt even realize until the end that I got done a good 10 minutes earlier than i usually would.

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
Another great workout. Im really loving this stack now that the X-F has kicked in. Obviously P-Slin is doing its thing as well since I flew through this workout and didnt even realize it. Pump was great as well. Still no real side effects to note. No increase in DOMS either.

Workout Thoughts:
Workout went very well. Strength felt great and I was able to put up a few new PRs in the beginning of the workout. After that, i went with some different raises which arent something I try to increase weight on because I tend to lose my form when I do. Finished the workout up with some dumbell shrugs. These were great because I held for a full 5 second count at the top of each rep. My traps were dead after I finished these. It was a great workout all around.

Workout Ratings

Energy: 8.25/10

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
Great shoulder workout for the second week in a row. I set a few new PRs right of the bat and had a great workout all around. I love the strength gains I am making right now. X-Factor is definitely in full swing right now. P-Slin is still doing its thing also. My endurance is still top notch and pumps were great today. I love a good shoulder pump because it makes your whole physique look wider up top and thinner at the waist. Still no sides to note.

Carbs: 100grams Protein: 44grams Fat: 5grams

X-Factor Dosed:
2 preworkout, 1 afternoon, 1 evening

Workout Thoughts:
I was just really happy to be able to get back to working legs today. I had missed the past two weeks because of knee pain. Its going to be hard to judge strength gains with my legs right now because I feel that I am more limited by what my knee can handle than where my strength is. Today I just did a bunch of hack squats. I have found that hack squats seem to take pressure off of my knee, so its something that i can do even when my knee is somewhat sore. I didnt want to push too hard and risk re-injuring it. I was really happy with what i did get done in the gym.

Workout Ratings
Focus: 8.5/10
*was psyched to be back in the gym for legs
Energy: 8/10
*solid energy
Endurance: 8/10
*endurance was good
Strength: 8.25/10
*pretty solid with some rep increases
Pump: 8.5/10
*legs were really pumped
Workout Overall: 8.5/10
*felt great to hit legs again

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
I think the fact that my knee pain isnt as severe now that X-Factor is really kicking in shows that it wasnt the reason for the pain. I was really happy to get back in there and get in some solid work. Unfortunately, i dont know if I am going to be hitting any real big numbers with legs anytime soon. I just dont want to hurt the knee again. P-Slin was there with some crazy quad pumps. My quads are extremely sore today, but im not sure if that is because I hadnt worked legs for 2 weeks, or from X-F. Its possible its a combination of both.

Carbs: 100grams Protein: 44grams Fat: 5grams

X-Factor Dosed:
2 preworkout, 1 afternoon, 1 evening

Workout Thoughts:
Needless to say, this workout was amazing. I set PRs on almost every single workout. Everything felt great and I was able to keep pumping out more reps with higher weight. Things started off with PRs on both CGBP and EZ-bar curls and just kept going. I possibly could have pushed more weight on the dumbell skullchrushers but I might have sacrificed some form, which I wasnt willing to do. All the new numbers I was able to hit were done with correct form, so the gains do show that my strength is improving. I felt amazing when I left the gym today.

Workout Ratings
Focus: 8.75/10
*focus kept getting better
Energy: 8.5/10
*felt ready for everything
Endurance: 8.5/10
*worked through the supersets with no problem
Strength: 10/10
*cant give strength anything less then a 10 today
Pump: 9/10
*arms were extremely tight all workout long
Workout Overall: 10/10
*one of the best workouts I have ever had

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
Today was possibly the best trip to the gym I have ever had. I set a ton of new PRs and felt amazing the whole workout. Despite the fact that I was pushing more weight than I normally would, my endurance and energy felt better than usual. Pumps were crazy too. My forearms, biceps, and triceps were hard as a rock and on the verge of being painful. I still have no side effects either so everything from this stack is positive right now.

Absolutely THRILLED with these measurements. I had been struggling with weight loss for awhile now and hadnt gained any weight for over a month. I wasnt able to weigh in last week, so these measurements display two weeks worth of progress. Still, 2.75lbs in 2 weeks is ingredible. It seems that things are turning around just as X-F is kicking in.

Workout Thoughts:
What an awesome workout. I beat my old PR on bench press today by a full two reps. I was amazed when I finished that set. I just kept pushing the weight up. A full two rep increase over last weeks best is amazing. Then I went to Biangular Inclines and set a new PR on those as well. Next were decline dumbells which I set another PR on and then finished off the workout with PRs on dips. Probably one of the best workouts I have had.

I could not believe the strength I had in the gym today. This was probably the best workout I have ever had based on all the strength increases. I was thrilled to increase in bench by two reps. X-F is doing amazing things for my strength. Endurance was good, but the pumps I had today were extremely impressive. I looked extremely full throughout my upper body. I am also experience no side effects right now, which is great.

More PRs and another great workout. I felt great in the gym yet again and was able to set some more PRs. Straight arm lat pulldowns felt great with each rep. I could really feel my lats contracting on each rep. T-Bar rows were also awesome and i was able to set a new PR on that. Since T-Bar rows are one of my favorite excercises, I was particularly happy with that. Energy was also really good during the workout. I got done 5 minutes earlier than I usually do.

Strength keeps going up. Each workout is bringing new PRs right now. I am extremely impressed by X-Factor. I never expected to see strength increases as significant as this happening so fast. Pump was awesome today too, but my endurance was crazy. P-Slin is definitely working because I didnt even realize I was shortening my rest periods. This stack is treating me great all around.

Workout Thoughts:
Good workout today. I started off with PRs on Smith Machine Presses. After that, I went with raises instead of power movements. For this reason, I wasnt really pushing for new PRs. The incline rear delt flys were something new for me, but im not sure i really liked them much. Lat raises and cable fronts were done extremely slowly. My delts were fried at the end of my workout and looked huge.

Workout Overall: 9/10
*another great workout

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
Another PR, although I may have gotten more if I worked in more power movements. With raises, I typically stay with the same weight and slow down the movement to increase intensity, rather than increase weight. This helps me keep my form tight and controlled. P-Slin was solid again as well. My shoulders looked huge and made my entire physique look wide. Still no side effects and im not really noticing an increase in DOMS either.

Workout Thoughts:
Still just happy to get in the gym and do something on leg days. My knee is feeling better each week, and i feel like I can do more and more with it. I am worried about reinjuring it though, so i have been making sure i dont push it too hard too fast. I did get in some pretty solid work today though. Legs felt good after leg presses, but my quads were definitely feeling it more than the hams. Thats why I jumped on the lying leg curls. Finished up with some calf raises. Pretty good workout all around.

Workout Ratings

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
Legs are the only day that i cant really judge strength gains from X-F. I feel more like I am limited by my knee than the amount of weight I can push. Still, i felt good in the gym and P-Slin was definitely contributing some great endurance and an awesome pump in my quads. No side effects to report right now.

Workout Thoughts:
I was unfortunately unable to make it to the gym today and had to work out with the stuff in my basement. The stuff I have isnt the greatest, but its enough to get the job done. Its possible that some of the weight numbers arent completely correct, just because im not sure of the bar weight on some of my stuff. The numbers are close though. The whole workout went pretty well.

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
Really solid workout today and I was again able to hit some new PRs. The craziest thing about the workout today was the pumps. My arms were fuller than I can remember them ever being. Even my forearms were pulsing. I was very impressed. It was to the point of being painful at times, but it luckily didnt negatively affect my workout. No side effects to report at this point besides a little increased soreness in my triceps when I woke up today.

Workout Thoughts:
Good workout today and set a new PR on bench press and incline bench. Really happy to see the numbers on bench keep going up. I did have a few numbers go down from last workout near the end. My dips were down 1 reps each set. I was sort of disappointed about that, but the PRs at the beginning made up for it. Overall i was happy with what I got done in the workout.

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
Another solid day in the gym. X-Factor is still doing its thing as the workout started out strong and i was able to once again push out PRs on bench and then incline bench. P-Slin delivered anouther good day of pumps as I was really full in the chest and tris. Unfortunately, my endurance wasnt completely there today, as i noticed a bit of a drop off in some of my numbers near the end of the workout.

A solid workout all around, but nothing really spectacular. I think I have been spoiled by all the increases and PRs I have been hitting lately. There was only one improvement in this workout but I was able to match all my numbers from before. My back felt really good when the workout was over. I did try this new row machine we had at the gym, but i didnt really like it all that much. I dont think I will be using it very often, if ever at all.

For the first workout in awhile, I wasnt able to hit any new PRs. It was still a good workout all around though. My back was extremely pumped and my endurance was very good, so P-Slin definitely did its thing today. I am really happy that I have been able to avoid the side effects that normally seem to come with X-F. I have no increase in soreness or joint pain.

Good leg workout. Each week, i am doing more and more in the gym on leg days. I feel like its getting stronger and stronger and i dont feel like i need to worry as much about reinjuring it. I was even able to set a new PR, which i hadnt done in awhile on legs. Legs press felt real good and i felt like i was giving pretty much full intensity on it without knee limitations. All around, i was happy with the workout.

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
Finally getting to the point were I can start pushing it on leg days again. X-F still isnt getting completely put to the test yet though, just because i havent been pushing it maximally on legs the duration of this log. P-Slin really shines on leg days though. Leg days always take everything out of me but i definitely notice a nice boost to endurance and a killer pump in my quads when training legs with P-Slin.

My arms were extremely pumped in the gym. They were tight as hell and i could feel them everytime I bent my arms. Still no side effects either. I was extremely surprised to see that I had gained weight, while shrinking in the waist at the same time. Workout Thoughts:
A solid workout to end the log with. I was able to hit one more PR on my bench press, pushing out an extra rep from last week. I did the same workout as last week just so that i could really judge any increase in this last week. Outside of the PR on bench press, everything else was the same as last week but I still felt great when the workout was over. I was very happy with what I got out of this final workout of the log.

X-Factor/Pslin Thoughts:
I was happy with this as and end to the log. X-F once again helped me push out a strength increase, which I was thrilled about. P-Slin was right there with the endurance and the monster pump. My chest was extremely full and tight, as were my triceps. All around, another solid day in the gym. I was thrilled with this stack all around. Be on the lookout for the final review and pictures either later today or tomorrow.

X-Factor/P-Slin Stack
Final Review

Measurement Gains

Weight: 192.5lbs---->195lbs (+2.5lbs)
Arms: 15.625"---->15.625" (no change)
Chest: 41.25"---->41.5"(+.25")
Shoulders: 48.25"---->48.625"(+.5")
Waist: 32.5"---->32.25"(-.25")
Calves: 15.5"---->15.625"(+.125")
Thighs: 24.5"---->24.5"(no change)
Forearms: 13.25"---->13.375"(+.125")
*Overall i was happy, but not blown away by these measurements. When I started this stack, i was struggling with weight loss. That trend continued for about the first 3 weeks of this log. At about the 4th week into the stack, I started gaining weight again. I still am not sure what was going on with the weight loss, becuase it didnt seem to matter how much food i added each week, the weight was still coming off. I cant say for sure whether it was the stack that helped me get over the weight plateau or not. In the last four weeks of this log, I was able to put on 4.75lbs, which is impressive. I feel like the weight loss issue took away from truely seeing what this stack could have provided where growth is concerned. One thing I was shocked by was that I lost .25" in my waist while still putting on some solid weight. That didnt happen when I ran P-Slin on its own.

Strength Gains

Bench Press: 225lbs 4reps---->235lbs 6reps
Alt Dumbell Shoulder Presses: 50lbs 8reps---->55lbs 7reps
Shoulder Press Machine: 105lbs 6reps---->115lbs 6reps
EZ Bar Curls: 85lbs 8reps---->95lbs 8reps
Close Grip Bench Press: 175lbs 6reps---->185lbs 7reps
*Strength gains are what I was most happy with about this stack. I hit a new PR for every muscle group, even legs which was surprising since I struggled with knee pain throughout the log. The numbers that I posted are just a few examples of the more impressive strength gains I made. I was most excited about the great gains I made in bench press. I hadnt gained much in bench for awhile, so that was great. All around, i was thrilled with the strength I gained with this stack.

X-Factor Thoughts: I was really happy with my cycle of X-Factor in regards to strength. I had never used X-Factor before, but I had used P-Slin on its own. During my previous P-Slin experience, I didnt notice anything near the strength gains I made during this log, so I can say with a fair amount of confidence that the strength gains I made were due in large part to X-Factor. Unfortunately, i feel like the weight loss issue I was having before this log and during the start of it hindered my chance of really seeing the growth benefits of X-Factor. The strength gains were great and I was also very pleased that once I did start gaining weight, I lost in the waist at the same time. All things considered, I was impressed with X-Factor.

P-Slin Thoughts: This was not my first experience with P-Slin. I had used it before with pretty solid results. P-Slin provides me with two benefits that I really like, endurance and pumps. The added endurance allows me to push harder in the gym by cutting down rest times and possibly throwing in some extra ab work or cardio at the end of my session. The pumps are a great added bonus. However, if pumps were all this product gave me, than I wouldnt like it as much. For me, a pump is a confidence booster that I am not willing to spend extra money for if it doesnt directly benefit my bodybuilding goals. However, the added endurance from P-Slin directly increases my workout intensity. In my previous P-Slin experience (before this log), I didnt notice much as far as decreased soreness, instead feeling the same amount of soreness I would normally get without P-Slin. During this log, i didnt notice any increased DOMS from X-F like some people speak of, but i did experience the same soreness I would usually expect. I cant really say that P-Slin was responsible for me not getting extra DOMS from X-F, just because it didnt really have an effect in that department in my previous experience. Still, i love P-Slin for its endurance and pump effects.

Thoughts on Products as a Stack: All around I was thrilled with this stack and this log. Together, these products make for an excellent stack. X-Factor give you added strength while P-Slin allows you to push your gym experience harder, for longer. Pumps were excellent with these two products together also. All around, this was a great stack and something I would really recommend. Thank you to USPlabs and Molecular Nutrition for the tremendous opportunity and thanks to everyone who followed along.

Side Effects: I thought it would be worthwhile to mention that I experience none of the side effects that many people get during a cycle of X-Factor. There were no increased DOMS and no joint soreness. I also didnt get any increased acne. All around, I was happy to experience none of these negative aspects.

Would I Purchase Again: The ultimate test of a supplement is whether I would purchase it again. The answer for both of these supplements is yes. X-Factor is extremely costly, which makes it difficult to purchase too often. However, I definitely loved the strength gains I made with it and would like to run a cycle sometime when I'm not dealing with weight loss issues. P-Slin is something that I already have a decent store of, mainly because I won a few free bottles of it. However, it is something I will buy for times when I want to do intense training styles for certain periods of time. During short rest period style and superset style training is when I will use P-Slin in the future.
