Suggestions for SuperCarb use

I am going to be experimenting with using SuperCarb as a sugar replacement, but I would like to hear what AM wants me to try to make.

First up is oatmeal raisin cookies (perfect for post-WO), but after that, it is up to you guys.
 
I am planning to make Sesalean + Supercarb + Oatmeal bars... I am trying to work out how I can make some kind of protein coating... Or possibly a raspberry ketone + bcaa "rollup" like jelly for the tops...

This is something in the works at RPN, but I would love to see if we can use Supercarb to make them gummies.
 
How are these coming along? Nelix and Little Lats: have you guys gotten a chance to test out any recipes?

not yet.... Too many xmas cookies killed my dieting projects.
 
i got my supercarb and it puzzles me. This is suppose to be used as a replacement for like sugar, splenda, etc, but Ive tried it and I think its tasteless. Ive put it in tea and stuff and its like I put nothing at all in it.

It's actually not meant to be a replacement sweetener. It is what it is: a low GI carb supplement.
