basically its X-factor plus dhea and atd I think. So you can get some decent results, but its ridiculously expensive for it. You can do better by getting bulk arachidonic acid here at nutraplanet, or just buying x-factor directly...

The thing with HLG is that all the ingredients are amazing, but there simply isnt enough of each to really be advantageous. Its also far too expensive, just go with X-Factor, better results, better value.

spoke to doc, does not see prob with it, wants to monitor since im taking anxiety meds, will check out x-factor
