Here's the story:

My girlfriend has a model shoot coming up. She's a little lady, but she enjoys training. She has a shoot scheduled in January and wants to make sure she looks the best she ever has. I am also her trainer. I've convinced her to try Drive and RPM.

I'm going to log her progress, despite the fact that we are currently in different provinces. I'll only update once a week, and I'll be keeping track of 5 lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press, dumbell row, dumbell shoudler press), as well as personal feeback. She just finished a strength program, in which she achieved PRs on each of these lifts. It will be interesting to see how much the numbers keep going up, despite switching to a hypertrophy program. She is not an athlete, so it will be interesting to see her progress.

Here is information of note;

Weight: 105 (I don't actually know if this is right, I'll edit it once I ask)

Dead lift: 55lbs 1 set 20 reps, 1 set 18 reps
Squat: 75 lbs 1 set 20 reps, 1 set 15 reps
Bench: 55 lbs 2 sets 6 reps
DB Row: 30 lbs 1 set 8 reps, 1 set 6 reps
DB Shoulder press: 20 lbs, 2 sets of 6

Program: Hypertrophy, 4 days a week. Legs, Chest/tris, Back/bis, shoulders. Light cardio after each. Abs atleast twice a week. Program will switch to more fatburning as the shoot approaches (fat loss is not a real issue with her)

Other supplements: Whey, and a slow dissolving protien.

Diet: She's vegitarian, so protien can be difficult, but she is trying to eat more eggs, nuts, and dairy products. I've created a diet program for her, which is not too hardcore. It's the holidays, and she is doing a show, so she will be drinking socially, but I'm going to try to convince her to stop 2 weeks before her shoot.

She's currently half way through her 1 week and it's going well (which is why I'm writing this). I'll update it tommorow or the next day. The best part of her being little in this report is a bottle of drive will last her 2 months, and RPM as much as 6 months (1 per workout day at 4 days per week)

here ya go

deadlift: 2 sets of 20 65lbs (pr)
Squat: 80lbs 15 reps, 75 20 reps
db Shoulder press: 25 lbs 6 reps (pr), 20lbs 8 reps
Bench press: 2 sets 8 55lbs
DB Rows 30lbs, 2 sets of 8

She had been experiencing stomach isssues when she first started.

This is an exerpt of a message she sent to me:

had an amazing ab workout today - this is my second time doing abs since starting the cycle, and i have definitely had strength improvement. and the biggest change is that i just don't want to leave the gym; once i start my workout i feel like i want to do more and more. i have felt real 'failure' on my exercises, where as previously i think i was likely to give up when i probably could have got to one or two more reps.

and didn't feel nauseas at all today, which is good.

Sounds great so far

Just talked to her, she has been sick to her stomach since she started the drive. I think the problem is she is only 100 lbs, and perhaps the coleus forskohli is a bit much for her. I'm going to try breaking caps down into smaller doses. I'll proboly have to recap it, as I've tried forskohli myself, and I don't think she'll take it in water.

She says she has been looking great, despite the stomach issuses, so I hope we will be able to figure out a way she can stay on it.

These are hopefully larger versions of the pictures.

It has been a rough go with everything. She's now dividing her dose into 1/2 a cap in the morning, 1 cap preWO and 1/2 a cap at night, plus 1 RPM PreWO. This seems to have curbed the nausea so far.

She has not been eating well, as nausea will do that, and her training was also messed up because she was on the road, but It seems things are back on course. Also, it took longer for our Nutraplanet order to get here than I thought (I'm in Canada), so she had to do a couple of workouts without the RPM (still had drive though).

Her numbers for the most part are going up like crazy still. She pushed her squats so hard she may have hurt herself. This is almost a problem with the RPM, in that she set a PR for squats on her first set, kind of hurt her leg, and I couldn't convince her not to do another set at that weight. She insisted. She may unfortunately pay the price today.

I'll post the exact numbers in a bit.

Here's this weeks numbers

Squat: 80lbs, 20 reps, 16 reps (pr)
Deadlift: 70lbs, 20 reps, 15 reps (pr)
DB rows: 40lbs 6 reps, 35 lbs 8 reps (pr, and pretty crazy)
Bench press : 60 lbs 6 reps, 3 reps (pr, but a little short on reps)
Shoulder DB press: 25, 1 rep, 20lbs 8 repsx2 (she was a lttle disappointed with this, but it was a workout without RPM)

Luckily, it seems that she is not injured. She often says that she doesn't really know when to stop when she takes RPM. That's sort of a good and bad thing.
