I use only 2 1/4 scoops in 8oz 15 Min before working out. I give myself 4-5 hours after taking + 1 solid meal before sleep.I've used about 4 containers of this stuff and found the effects, seem in relation to the amount of water used- ie: 2 1/4 scoops for 8oz measured water- was perfect-High intensity-very full pumps. 2 scoops for 12oz water- Milder intensity- pumps were there but not so predominant. The mixture does not disolve completely- drinking/eating- the bottom settlement caused excessive bloating-so mix well in shaker bottle-and stick with liquid part.
