yeah, thats what I was thinking 6 weeks, just not sure whether 440 will be enough or if I should just go for the 660 right off the bat

Oy!! I just pulled out some almonds from my bag of goodies to find protein powder everywhere. Apparently I didnt close the top of my shaker well and protein powder is now all over everything in the bag. I will now spend the rest of the afternoon trying to retrieve the powder from the recesses of my bag. What a crappy day already...:nutkick:

I hope you learned your lesson. DON'T HATE ON T3H PATS!

I saw that fight. Huerta is def a bad ass, but Garcia held his own. He looked like he just gassed. Probably adrenaline dump with his first UFC fight.

That and Huerta was a solid 155 where Garcia could have dropped weight to a lower class. But yeah no doubt Garcia held his own, but his strengths are on the ground and not standing.

True...Garcia was def soft compared to Huerta... they need to bring that 145 class to UFC.

Stand wider? I'm out of ideas, I just got used to it...there is a bald patch on the inside of each thigh where they tend to rub together sometimes.

yeah, I suppose I just have to adapt a wider stance each time I put on weight.

I'm familiar with the bald patch. And the underwear creepage. I need a size larger now. We live a lifestyle of inconvenience.

Sounds sound! I read that mdrol is very good for cutting.

I am 175 but closer to 13 or 14% 5'9". I would like to be around 10% or less by the Spring.

I don't think I would want to put up with the lethargy of a restricted diet + mdrol.

any cute stuff plans for yourself before spring?
I'm curious about furazadrol and/or hdrol for cutting.

I want to run Epi and Propadrol stack at the beginning of the year. I also have H-Drol. I may get a bottle of Furaz and stack with the H-Drol so I only need one bottle.

I feel your pain. I was dealing with some chaffing the other day.

Some days it is worse than others. And creepage just plain sucks...

I can't even watch TV...

I plan on running a Fur + h-drol cut after my SD + Epi run...

I will proally mix in some clen or albuterol....

Well thats not cool...I was informed today that I may be leaving for Singapore in the next week or two. Kind of cool, cause Singapore seems like a sweet place, but I hate these last minute deals during the holidays.

Do you work for IBM???

P.S. I just got my Nutra order this morn...and I found out that Bulk Maca and Icarrin together in water looks, tastes, and smells like blended asparagus. Maybe I will get the super cool pee smell too!

Awesome. Me too. After doing 10 minutes of 'cardio' before I go workout I can feel my ass cheeks and the backs of my thighs rubbing together most days.

I'm also about to go from 'L' size work out shorts/pants/fresh gear to 'XL'. Its about damn time.

200 @ 5'9" not sure how high my BF is. I would guess around the 14% ish...

221 @ 6'2" and my BF has creeped up on me, I'm thinking 14-18%, but for some reason its ALL on my lower abs. I have veins in my traps, arms, forearms, calves, I have my 4 upper abs most days, I can see some of the tie ins between my lats and serratus, I can see some definition in my hams, decent seperation between my quads and hams (nothing terrifric but I can see it)....its just like I'm wearing a ****ing fanny pack.

Poliquin's Power Foods
I like buffalo. It's rich in omega-3. All wild meats are good actually.

Go to Invalid Link Removed and put in your zip code to find local sources. I recommend a diet high in meats, but you must be strict about the quality.

I really like macadamia nuts, as they help build up acetylcholine levels. Blueberries are one of the best foods for the brain and they're rich in anti-oxidants. I recommend all thin-skinned berries actually. Pomegranate juice also ranks high on the list because of its heart-healthy benefits.

I like greens-type drinks because they alkalize the body. Figs are a great post-workout food; they're full of minerals, especially if you're Italian. Sweet potatoes are great, too.

Finally, I'll recommend a book I really like on the topic: The 150 Healthiest Foods on Earth by Jonny Bowden. Check it out.

Microsoft keyboards’ secret radio codes deciphered

Invalid Link Removed

Some fellas over at Dreamlab took it upon themselves to apply a
packet sniffer to one of Microsoft’s RF-based wireless keyboards,
the Wireless Optical Desktop 1000 and 2000. They found that
unlike bluetooth devices, which have pretty strong encryption,
the only thing they ran into with the RF keyboard was “a simple
XOR mechanism with a single byte of random data” - and if that
doesn’t sound like a lot, it’s not. It means there are only 256
possible key values, which could be all be tested in a couple
seconds even by a 386. I doubt your life is so exciting that you
have people running keyloggers on the 27MHz frequency around
your house, just to catch your GMail password, but if you’re
interested in security it’s probably a good idea to get yourself a
nice Bluetooth set. Either that, or relocate your office to a
Faraday cage.

Nope, I don't work for IBM. I work for Air Liquide, the world's largest chemical manufacturing company. If Singapore sounds like it might be rough, just wait until I get to go to Saudi Arabia next year...*straps on a bullet proof vest and climbs into an armored personnel carrier*...ok I'm ready to go.

And XJ, I love the post above. I'm trying to figure out why its not blocked for me, but others that are more fully clothed are...

BTW, I just bought Superbad.

Probably the site, and the image proally isn't tagged, so it passes the filter...
