50lbs Db incline for a girl is legit!
low wrist strength from years of working on a keyboard.
I'm not sure I can do 50lb dbs. damn arthritis, and low wrist strength from years of working on a keyboard.
We still love ya EasyE............
I may have to try it tho. looks like I have around 180lbs as a 3rm with the barbell as of monday, so really I should be able to do at least 70 db for a couple
suuuure working on a "keyboard"...is that the lingo these days??haha :icon_lol:
i've been using a trackball instead of a mouse since 1985![]()
don't trackballs get annoying? the dust build up inside of the rollers inside and cause the movements of the mouse to be unresponsive and sometimes slow. Ive had this 20 dollar laser mouse for some time now. simply love it.
well - due to some other physical going-ons associated that came on recently with it that i won't discuss openly (boy were there enough hints in that). i decided to stop the pulsing - but i reved up the drive 3 3 x's day. each dose packs 1 rpm with it and put factor x in the mix.I get the same thing moose, those are the anabolic dumps!

hey - out of curiosity - anyone out there notice any rashes or allergic reactions when taking drive/rpm/ifg2 or know of any ingredients that could be likely contenders to cause such?
moose
My best guess has to do with mucuna pruriens- mucuna powder is also called cow itch, believe it or notWhen I first started working with it and it got on my skin, it would result in red bumps around the contact area. The good news is- you develop a tolerance to it pretty quick and your body will attenuate....
I have only run across a handful of people who have had this type of reaction tho...[/QUO
ah haa - and flared up for me each time i added ifg2 to the mix here. i'll keep you posted on this - right now i am taking a two meds for the hivies. but now i have something to work with on the dosages. so far - i haven't been able to build that tolerance.
thanks !

another question - the prednisone treatment worked and i stopped the igf2. however they came back. i did add powerful and it could have been the cause assuming the cow itch. my question is could there be anything in the drive/rpm that could affect production of or release of histamine? or in the ifg2 as well?
Increased cAMP will result in increased histamine, and forskolin will also increase histamine response as well through another mechanism- they are synergistic in this aspect![]()
r those in drive, rpm, or both?
Wow...from what I've read 6 is the magic number. I'm 2 weeks in and feel much stronger then before. That's only taking 2 in the AM and 2 pre-workout with SuperDump250.
However, I also noticed that for the first 6-8 days I was having massive dumps. Now it's not happening. What's up with that?
I'm 198lbs right now and trying to tip the 200 mark and it's looking good so far. I hate not being tan because I look much smaller.
I think I'm upping the dosage to 6 on training days (5days a week) and 4 on off days (Sat. and Sun.)
carefull with over working yoru forskin Cellar, you can become so desensitized that you can't feel a thing, never heard of dumps from building a rsistance to forskin. O wait, were you talking about for the stuff in Drive???![]()
lol. I must admit the effects of Drive have been diminished since I started. Maybe I may have gotten used to the effect and need some good old cycling or maying a ramping down and then up of forskolin is needed. I might try 4 caps after the log is done per day. Then ramp it up agian to see how that goes.
aww, you didn't get my joke! Your too young I guess! read my post again! LOL
lol, yep, you can just call me Gramps from now on! lol
Man I just noticed, where the H did all my rep points go?
