Extreme DRIVEing!

I'm not sure I can do 50lb dbs. damn arthritis, and low wrist strength from years of working on a keyboard.

Haha, I'm currently a paralegal at a civil law firm and I can attest to the keyboard wrist "issues." I can't do barbell curls anymore. The pressure on my wrist in supination HURTS LIKE HELL. I do french curls or "end" with barbell curls on occassion when the weight isn't too high. Even in pronation. I was doing bent over rows with 405 with a pronated grip, which usually doesn't aggrevate my wrist AT ALL, but I felt it hurting when I'd load and unload plates. I'm down for the Bionic Women surgery, replace all my bone tissue with titanium metal.

I may have to try it tho. looks like I have around 180lbs as a 3rm with the barbell as of monday, so really I should be able to do at least 70 db for a couple

Do you regularly train w/ DB's? It usually takes a few weeks for the numbers to translate over. I can push DB's but my bar presses are lame in comparison.

And I bet you can do more than you think. On DB's..... have a spotter give quick squeezes on your forearm and/or wrist when you hit a sticking point. Even without any upward help, you'll push through weights you couldn't do without that little squeeze.

I was doing decline db presses with 40s for a little while, but mostly was doing barbell or even worse smith machine for benches. not any more. I also was doing high rep count stuff, so i'm a little surprised myself at what I can put up for 3-6 reps on some things.

i've been using a trackball instead of a mouse since 1985 :D

don't trackballs get annoying? the dust build up inside of the rollers inside and cause the movements of the mouse to be unresponsive and sometimes slow. Ive had this 20 dollar laser mouse for some time now. simply love it.

the one on this computer is around 9 years old. I pop out the ball every so often, shake it, rub the rollers with the fingernail, and its good again :)

cool - i'm also pusling pslin on wo days. i am loving my wo's and this combo however pslin wreaks havoc for me on the digestive track - but the pumps - that's another question.

so i just ordered x and am going to try adding that to the mix and maybe up the dosages this week on the drive and ifg2.

I get the same thing moose, those are the anabolic dumps!
well - due to some other physical going-ons associated that came on recently with it that i won't discuss openly (boy were there enough hints in that). i decided to stop the pulsing - but i reved up the drive 3 3 x's day. each dose packs 1 rpm with it and put factor x in the mix.

hey - out of curiosity - anyone out there notice any rashes or allergic reactions when taking drive/rpm/ifg2 or know of any ingredients that could be likely contenders to cause such?

My best guess has to do with mucuna pruriens- mucuna powder is also called cow itch, believe it or not :) When I first started working with it and it got on my skin, it would result in red bumps around the contact area. The good news is- you develop a tolerance to it pretty quick and your body will attenuate....

I have only run across a handful of people who have had this type of reaction tho...

thanks !

another question - the prednisone treatment worked and i stopped the igf2. however they came back. i did add powerful and it could have been the cause assuming the cow itch. my question is could there be anything in the drive/rpm that could affect production of or release of histamine? or in the ifg2 as well?

Could be a few different things- but I think Drive is probably the culprit- it makes me itch a little as well....

Increased cAMP will result in increased histamine, and forskolin will also increase histamine response as well through another mechanism- they are synergistic in this aspect :)

ok - something to try out here!

i am off to buy some better beer and quercetin - and play with the drive/rpm combination and dosages!

im thinking about upping my dose to 4 drive before workout and 3 pm cause money still unfortunatly is a priority lol, i had to put a bunch of money for recording **** and to this day i look at the mixer i bought for my drums and just say that coulda been a **** load of supps :-)

Wow...from what I've read 6 is the magic number. I'm 2 weeks in and feel much stronger then before. That's only taking 2 in the AM and 2 pre-workout with SuperDump250.

However, I also noticed that for the first 6-8 days I was having massive dumps. Now it's not happening. What's up with that?

I'm 198lbs right now and trying to tip the 200 mark and it's looking good so far. I hate not being tan because I look much smaller.

I think I'm upping the dosage to 6 on training days (5days a week) and 4 on off days (Sat. and Sun.)

seems like you built a resistance to the forskolin. I got dumps on the first few days too. It stopped after 2 weeks.

carefull with over working yoru forskin Cellar, you can become so desensitized that you can't feel a thing, never heard of dumps from building a rsistance to forskin. O wait, were you talking about for the stuff in Drive??? ;)

lol. I must admit the effects of Drive have been diminished since I started. Maybe I may have gotten used to the effect and need some good old cycling or maying a ramping down and then up of forskolin is needed. I might try 4 caps after the log is done per day. Then ramp it up agian to see how that goes.
