PMGF Mixing questions

Ok guys i recently got a 2mg container of PMGF, ive also got myself .9% of NaCL. Now how do i know how much Nacl to mix with the 2mg of PGMF, and how will i know how many tics up on the slinpin will i know is 250mcgs? I had it figured out when i used IGF-1 but im totaly lost with PGMF since its not premixed and i dont want to mess it up.

Thanks guys and i did search i just couldnt find an answer i was comfortable with.

Take the number of mL's you're going to add, and multiply that number by 800. That's how many ticks it will be on an insulin syringe.

Wow thats confusing! :fool2: I was always horrible at math! lol Thanks you very much sinner and ill just keep going over it until i realize what ur stating. Im still confused by it but ill try and work it out.

If im guessing correctly though just multiply the amount of ml of NaCL i add by 800 and that should be how many tics? So if i have 2 mls of nacl times that by 800 thats 1600, so 1.6 tics almost 2? That will for sure yield 250mcgs of PMGF?
 
Man, I had a total brain fart after work today or something. Did that totally wrong. Sorry about that.

100 ticks = 1mL => 2mL = 200 ticks
2mg = 2000mcg

2000mcg/200 ticks = 10 mcg/tick

250mg * (1 tick/ 10 mcg) = 25

Now that makes WAAAYYYY more sense bro!!! Hahah

Now with that being said, how do i go about putting in the right amount of NACL so i have 10mcgs a tic? Im sorry to be a pain bro. Im just not good at this stuff!
 
I usually get a big assed syringe that can measure out multiple mL's.

Poke a hole in the top of your PMGF vial with the needle (to vent it).
Draw 2mL from your NaCl container.
Shoot into your PGMF vial.
Let sit in the fridge overnight.

Alright i see i see. So inputting 2 mls of NaCl into the PMGF will yield 10mcgs per IU ( tic on the slin pin) Damn im gonna be pinning a ****load unless i just use 1ml then its 20mcgs an IU correct? Wow! I guess ill be pinning with 2 pins each time i pin, thank god its a slin pin.

Also i dont need any AA right? The NaCl wont kill the pmgf or nothin right and it will mix fine?
 
Also i dont have to keep my PMGF in the fridge if its still in powder form right? lol
Also once i reconstitute it do i need to keep it in the fridge or no just for that night? Sorry for all the questions bro but uve been a huge help!
 
you don't need an acidic solution.

how much are you f*cking pinning each dose?

There's 100 ticks on a slin pin. You would only need to load it a quarter of the way full (25th tick mark) to get 250mcg.

I havnt looked at the slin pins yet, your right though only 250mcgs bro is all im pinning.
 
Alright broski i think im good. Ive got it all down when im going to pin and all that stuff and how much. I dont think once i reconstitute it that i need to put it in the fridge?

Any other things you should share with me bro lemme know n thanks a ton!!!

"You don't need" as in you shouldn't, it will compromise the potency of your peptide, or as in you don't have to because, it will all be gone in a week's time?

I reconsituted my pegMgf, and Mgf with .6% (as I can't allow my peptides to be refridgerated, my folks would just freak out), and I didn't experience any problems. + NaCl prior to injection. With good results.

Just wanna make that clear, as I am about to jump into Hexa, ghrp6, and I am gonna use that same reconstitution protocol with them. with no refridgeration.
 
Acetic acid will probably destroy the pegMGF peptide, as well as most peptides. Acetic acid was only adopted for use with igf with the introduction of generic chinese igf which would not dissolve with BA water. Acetic acid serves as a buffer in maintaining the proper ph balance for the igf. I doubt it would serve the same function for other peptides.
