advice on supplements!

I want to know your opinions about some supplements i want to take, I thinking about taking NOshotgun and 17-HD, does anyone have any experience taking this stuff? Im 5'8'' and about 205lbs. and pretty thick but i want to have more intense workouts and pack on more size and strength. Im also tinking about taking White flood and green magnatude, how do white flood and NOshotgun compare? Does taking something like redline and NO shotgun make sense or should i just take the NO? any advice and your opinions would help, thanks.
 
I am 100% certain that you will not consider this, but i really think you don't need to think about NO supplements.

Just concentrate on your protein/bcaas around workouts, and there's nothing more you'd need.

Don't bother with the 17-HD or NOshotgun, just a waste of money. White flood and green mag are good supps but your diet is always going to be more important then any supps.
 
I agree. I would look into arginine a bit more before you make it a staple. Here is an interesting study:

thanks for the advice! whats a good protein and BCAAs supp? do you think tis worth getting some white flood?
 
Just get a cheap whey protien and makes sure u drink it at the right times. I drink when i wake up after work outs and before I go to sleep. I also take a BCAA powered which taste not so good but can be mixed with almost any drink which makes it pretty easy to use.
 
I personally do not feel BCAA's are worth the $ unless your workout exceeds an hour, but if I had to choose I would go with xtend.

Purple Wraath, Green Mag, and White Flood is an affordable combo if you are okay with the arginine. Purple Wraath has all your BCAAs.

What do you use for creatine? MAN Body Octane/Clout is what I use for creatine/pre-workout and I absolutely love it.

Not sure about Clout, but you take Body Octane first thing in the morning and then again preworkout. I'm using Body Octane stacked with SyntheSIZE right now. Good stuff.
 
You dose Body Octane/Clout once preworkout and once 5 hours before or after. You will be hard pressed to find another stack with as much beta alanine and citrulline malate. What I like about MAN products is that they list the actual amount of each product on the label, so you know exactly what you are taking (no proprietary blends).
