If your talking about LG methyl 1-d it is nothing more than DHEA not sure how well of if it would be of benifit to stack it with your other products i will leave that to someone with more knowledge
Probably harmless, but if you're not gaining off the AX stack, I would look at your diet, and what's taking place in the gym. If you start adding too many supps then you really have no idea what's really getting the job done. Remember diet really does make all the difference.
The 1-D is a waste in my opinion. You should yield some pretty decent gains from the MFX/H2/R2 stack, depending on how hard you train and how good your diet is.
