My god Jamie Eason is hot. I realize thats the 'no ****' statement of the day, but that doesn't mean it doesn't need to be said. It needs to be yelled from the roof tops.
 
No deportation for me. Sadly tons of work. But I think I'm leaving early today. Hitting the gym for back day then going to the girls house to work my abs.
 
Had a great dinner with my family and my girlfriend. Can't wait until Xmas. My girl has some Xmas goose thing planned. I hope she wasn't talking in some weird sexual metaphor.
 
In addendum, I took an Aspire 36 last night to see what would happen. I spent the night at the girls house, but after all the turkey she ate, she didn't have room for a turkey neck.

All I know is I couldn't roll over with out knocking my bonker stick on something. I don't think it was like this when I was 14.

Not the best plan. I hope today's not a gym day for you, it could be awkward trying to work out with a raging hard on.

Oh God no! I planned on taking time off until Monday, and that scenario was the exact one going through my head. I figured 2-3 days should get it out of my system.

Gym days are Mon-Thurs, and I even cut back on some of the test boosters until after gym time.

Heh. I don't need to make any new friends in the locker room.
 
My moms makes this stuff called gooey pumpkin butter cake. Its one of Paula Deans recipes, but OMFG!!!! Utterly amazing. Its extremely creamy, buttery pumpkin filling with a cake batter crust instead of standard pie. Probably has your daily calorie allotment in one piece, but I don't think you get much closer to heaven on Earth.

BTW...we need to revive this thread. Hope everyone had an amazing TG, now it's time to say buh-bye to my bank account. Its that time of year.
 
Had a great weekend, (-) one day where I was pissy for no real reason.

Didn't really eat all that much over the last few days, as I'm going to start tapering back just a bit on the calories to find where maintanence is at this body weight. I have a feeling I'm there though because I've gained no weight since I finished my Epistane cycle.

Its going to be time to put on more weight, then around march-april, start stripping the fat SRSLY.

do epi + m-drol + h-drol + p-plex + pherabol. Its the new trend, all the cool kids are doing it....

I wish I had this last year to do all over again, I would do things a bit differently, having spent the early months while I was a complete tub of lard at maintenance calories, and worked harder at a recomp for a while. That was the easiest time to add LBM.

Even so, i've done pretty well for the year. I should be able to break 190 on the downside by mid jan., and finally reach below 15% bf.
 
Good Moonin. Man, I tried some DC style stretching at the end of my chest workout last night for the first time. I really think it contributed to the hellish DOMS I have this morning. Good stuff.
