Did u guys ever come around to a certain flavor/flavors?I thought the oatmeal cookie Dsade mentioned would be awesome,if that flavor can be made without much problems.

No decision on that yet, but we're strongly considering the oatmeal cookie suggestion.

Well, it's not a stimulant, so it's not going to "give you energy", so to speak, like caffeine will.

But it will provide your muscles with a nice, steady stream of glucose to help keep you going. It's the perfect carb to carb load with.

I'm loving Super Carb for this. Also helps keep me clear minded...
