TTA fat liberation rate

EasyEJL

Never enough
I was wondering if there was any calculations or estimations for how much fat is liberated by TTA in what sort of span of time. Just trying to do some recomp math for a cycle, and was thinking about how many calories worth of food could reasonably get replaced with TTA liberated fat :)

Unfortunately I do not have the knowledge to answer this question,..too many changing variables to consider.. metabolism, diet, phenotype, cardio etc.

Sorry :(

Agree. Too many factors at work. The range of possible values would be so broad as to be practically meaningless.

Then how does anyone know it works? there must be some sort of range of mg/hr that its been show to liberate otherwise what proves it does anything?

Through studies, Easy. Those would express results in terms of lbs lost per week using TTA. (Or something like that.)

I guess you could divide that into the hours per week or something. That would be an EXTREMELY crude measure though.

An estimation could possibly be attempted by looking at other PPAR ligands but it could vary a lot (as different substances themselves do on affinity) - I haven't seen any on bber phenotypes so you have to consider PPARalpha/PGC-1alpha is not expressed as much in you, as they coincide with an oxidative phenotype. Also depends if you bulking or cutting etc.

Best way to measure TTA would to ask from those who have taken it to report losses and as many other details as they can, however without measuring actual fat mass it will be skewed by water weight etc.
