You want to ingest creatine daily to keep your body saturated. Of course, this *might* be possible by supplementing on a more infrequent schedule (like every other day, for example). Everyone's body is different and we are all predisposed to storing more or less amounts of things than the next guy/girl.
But, supplementing every day ensures that you are most likely keeping creatine stores at maximum potential.

I am thinking 5-10g, this stuff is so cheap and I haven't taken Mono. for a while but I remember being up to like 15 at one point...
