So Im thinkin of starting a 4 week cycle of 2% milk. I figure I'll frontload it at a gallon per day stacked with a couple string cheeses for the first week.:twisted: Then I'll just continue on with 1 gallon per day for the remaining 3 weeks. I expect to be sh1tting through the eye of a needle by friday. :dump: My goal is 10 pounds at the end of the cycle. Im gonna run TUMS as needed for cycle support. Any suggestions for post cycle therapy?:head:

this morning I weighed 202. I had breakfast, drank water, had morning supps, then took a jomi, and even after being dressed was down to 201.

yes, i find that a true jomi is a toilet clogger.
it requires you split up a single jomi into separate intermittent flushing to get it down without requiring a plumber.
 
jomi will now be called BON-JOMI as i think this is way funnier!.........off to da club...err the gym:aargh: ...later hoes
