I wanna use a stack, but can't decide...

I must admit that I enjoy these forums much more than nicemuscle.com and bodybuilding.com. I've gotten absolutely nothing from those forums. I've seen more people argue than ask questions, give advice, or talk about supplements.

Please try to bear with me, for I have scattered quite a few questions throughout my post. I really appreciate your patience.

I'm interested in setting up a stack, as well as using some other supplements on the side. However, I'm not sure as to what supplements are okay to use with one another. This is where you guys come in, so I hope you're able to help me.

I've red up about some different supplements and a few different stacks, yet I don't know how to go about to spend my money. I'd mostly looking for building muscle, however, burning some body fat would be nice also. If the body fat burning must come before or after, then so be it.

Okay at first i was gonna tell you good or badbut you have a lot of supplements here and some that ive never seen or heard of.
Ill speak from personal experience however. Ive tried x-lean purple wraath no explode, rpm, drive and leviathan. I hope your not considering running all of these together. Anyway, because you dont really have your supplements together, id say hold out on the PH cycle. Stick to one PH for beginners to see how well you work with it. Something like epi is recommended as a first. For my first, i would run epi pulsed, along with e-form on off days. I have yet to do it however so i cant speak with first hand experience. Also, X-lean is a nice supplement. It helps when you take too long of a workout at the gym. If i were you id take it 3 times a day depending on your schedule. morning, when coritsol peaks, afternoon when cortisol peaks agian and possibly on workout days after a long workout. Cortisol can peak if your workout was long. you'll notice nice fat lost with x-lean. If your main priority is fat lost I can help you create a nice stack.

This would be a fairly nice recomp stack.

RPM,Drive,Green Magnitude, X-lean, Leviathan, DCP and X-Factor and JW. Id also throw in the super cissus or some incarnate in the mix. I can speak from first hand experience that these supplements stacked together will provide the biggest recomp stack of all time.

RPM in addition with drive has given me considerable fat lost in my mid section. On a super clean bulk with X-factor Im starting to see abs agian on a BULK

Green Magnitude is my favorite creatine. Taste great, simple use. basic supplement.

X-Lean will help with conjunction with RPM and Drive. I have noticed a nice ammount of fat lost on my midsection but the cortisol area (lower abdominal) has the same ammount of cortisol. I am currently not running X-lean however but if i were to throw it in the mix, I would see an icredible fat lost there as well. X-factor and JW or something like X-factor and active would be nice. Im not sure if active, would work well with drive. I know JW would work. Also X-factor will help. Super clean diet avoiding all omega 3 fatty acids on a 50 day trial should add about 5-6 pounds on you. JW can be a bit suppresive to certian individuals. A serm may/may not be run after it.

So here's what you need, Im going to try this stack myself one day in fact.

2 bottles of x-lean running at reg dosages 2-3 per day depending on day.
RPM and Drive, 2 bottles of each
1 bottle of JW
2 bottles of leviathan
2 bottles of DCP
2 bottles of super cissus or incarnate
1 order of 500g bulk Arachidonic acid from nutraplanet(50 day cycle)

That would honestly be the craziest recomp/mass stack. It's gonna be expensive but im pretty sure it would run with great sucess.

If your budget is short do Drive and RPM 2 bottles of each and leviathan(x2). Something along those lines will make a really great cutting fat/building muscle stack. Hope that helps. boy im pooped. Gonna finish my cottage cheese and go to bed. Add some creatine and your good to go. Keeping things basic will help you distinguish how each supplement affected you.

EG- running a ****load of supplements to find that you have a bad reaction. You would therefor have to cut out a lot of **** to find the problem. Keep it simple.

Need a cheaper stack? NHA stack on nutra is like 60 bucks. lean xtreme, active xtreme and alpha drive. you'll see nice results on that as well.
 
Ok its late and yea i skimmed but....
you need to take into consideration age.goals and what you are willing to try. You have PHs, test boosters, weight loss, and others.

No offense but have you even taken the time to look into any of those?

Also, you have a hyyuuuge list for "PCT" i assume you know you only needs those on 1 maybe 2 of the thigns you listed?

I think you should surf a bit aorund here and you'll get alot of info youre looking for.

Its tough to give a long a$$ list like that and expect people to tell you what works and doesnt casue everyones body is different.

So in this i say good luck and take your time venturing into the supplement world.

Wow, thats a p*ssload of supps. My advice to you would be to check out some logs in the supp review section. Decide what your goal is (bulk/lean mass, lose weight, or whatever), and narrow down your list to a specific product. Then people can make suggestions and so forth. I will however tell you that AMS 4-ad is a waste of money. I fell for their tricks when it first came out. Also, I heard that methyl 1-d is trash as well.

This gives you drive, zma, leviathan and powerfull as testosterone boosters / lean mass gaining aids and they all use somewhat different paths to do it. RPM + leviathan also will give you some pre-workout stim so no need for any of the no-shotgun type drinks. The super cissus for healing + recovery time, and the rest are basically essentials to take all the time. Neovar is a nutrient repartitioning creatine product, and really helps both with size, strength and weight/size loos.
 
This is going to be a tough call, as people see things differently. You would get a lot of suggestions, but in the final analysis, you would have to decide which way to go.

Your main objective appears to be building muscle. And getting some body recompositon in the process.

The following is based on the assumption that your diet and training are supportive of your goals.

To build muscle, you need some creatine product. Personally, I would recommend MST's Ragnarok or AN's NeoVar. There are other alternatives, too. You also need a quality protein product. Without amino acids/proteins, muscle growth would be a major challenge.

To check anti-catabolism that tends to accompany muscle gains, consider supplementing with EAAs/BCAAs and additional L-Leucine. One non-amino acid product of valuable use is AN's Drive.

Adding weight and adding muscles create additional stress on joints and ligaments, so you might want to take some cissus product and a good source of essential fatty acid (omega-3). Some good cissus products include Osteobolin-C, Super Cissus Rx, PrimaForce Cissus, and Bulk Cissus, and Incarnate.

To support recomposition and ensure quality lean mass, consider Drive/DCP/Leviathan Reloaded/Lipotrophin PM or Drive/DCP/Lipotrophin PM/Shred-XS Hardcore. If you desire a stimulant-based product, add RPM to any of the two options here. Another alternative here would be Drive/DCP/Shred-XS Hardcore/IGF-2.

Be sure to have a good multivitamin-mineral product. My favourites are MVP-365 and ZMK, as a complete stack. Add a good antioxidant complex to the mix, too. Post Cycle Support is a good product, thanks to the potent blend, although you do not strictly need a post-cycle therapy from the stacks suggested above.

I just got a small sample pack AN Drive. Let me tell you I have been taking RPM, Cordygen5, Ultimate Mass Pump Stack, Poseidon, Giant Nutrition Res-V, Now Curcumin, Na-r-ALA, ALCAR, and PLCAR. I started taking 4 capsules Friday of the AN Drive and forgot about taking it. Friday night had good dreams all night, and was a horny animal all day yesterday and last night even after a grueling full body workout. I did some of my best work last night! This stuff really made an impact on me and as soon as I can I will be getting some of this.

I, as all of you, am very worried about making gains and not keeping them. If I can't keep all of them, but can keep most of them and lose very little, then that's good enough for me. I could always make more gains down the road. But I was wondering; Are there any supplements that help with protecting your gains and preventing any loss?

You only need to worry about post cycle stuff if you're going the PH route. The natural stuff won't shut down your own test production, so there's no need to worry about it.

The best way to ensure that you keep muscle that you've gained using the natural type supplements is with the appropriate diet and a good, consistent, training program.
 
Dude, please please please dont do all this at one time. Are u kidding? Just stack 3 or 4 of these together and you will have a solid stack and then add your daily supplements along with it. Dont try and do it all at once.
