no, label dosage only. The only thing I would megadose on that stack is going back to mega fish oils. my skin and hair was WAY nicer on 45g fish oil a day. I liked it a lot.

Drive + powerfull for testosterone stimulation, pslin + neovar for nutrient partitioning and creatine, and rpm cause I have a bottle here, and like pre-workout stims
 
Well, we still have to get married. I think we have been engaged for around 5 years now :D

its funny, our first is 11, and pretty dark skinned, our 2nd is 3 and lighter skinned. so it sometimes looks like the older one is my wife's from an earlier marriage, even tho they are both ours.

man do I have a good pump today. ok, so what should I do with my workouts for monday? keep the gbc format but raise weights so instead of doing 4 sets of 10 for instance i'm doing 10 / 8 / 6 /6 ?

Its been suggested that a workout that hits each body area just once a week with major force is most effective for use with x-factor.
 
Whats a good lifting plan to get kicked back into gear. I've been off and on for the past few months with this move and Im looking for something to get me back to previous strength fairly quickly. I have two bottles of Leviathan to help with a cleaner bulk in the process. I'm just debating with myself, as HST will fit my schedule the best being 3 days/week, but the last time I used HST strength wasn't the primary increaser (<--I'm not sure thats a word, but it looked good when I typed it).

here's been my experience with HST:

my squat strength has increased tremendously by doing a HST style since last summer, and the same with weighted pullup

however, the other main exercises haven't changed a whole lot in terms of strength

dunno yet if I want to change to something different after my next week off

You've tried pimping it enough times, I think i'll give it a whirl actually. Printing it off now. Whats the worst that happens? I like the structure actually. 6 weeks will take me to right after x-factor ends.
 
so assuming I can hold myself back from doing something hormonal after x-factor, how does a Drive/RPM/Neovar/Powerfull/Pslin stack sound? should be completely over the top pumps.

I didn't think pumps are really necessary for strength gain

I was thinking the same thing as I was typing the post. These guys are going to think I work for Nutrex! LOL

strenght and size. I mention strength as i'm still below what i'd like to see as working weights. its kinda silly really.
