Glycine Glycine, wherefore art thou Glycine?

Just wanted to say thanks a lot for getting this and at such a great price. Its perfect for the anabolic diet. I'll be sure to pick up a kilo on my next order!
 
What's the difference between this and Glycergrow? Could you use both of them together

And I'm guessing this would be really good if you have WMS with it?

Glycine = an amino acid important in glycogen replenishment and recovery, as well as being a component of Creatine.

GMS=Glycerol Monostearate helps draw fluids and nutrients into cells, and is a combination of carbohydrate and fatty (stearic) acid.
 
anyone know how the taste is.

can you just do 10g with water? would 10g glycine w 10g xtend mess up the glycine or anyhting?

It's posted earlier in the thread. PA said this should be taken immediately pwo with nothing except possibly carbs. Anything else including bcaa's will hinder absorbtion
 
How long between glycine and then taking in protein??

Has anyone here taken GMS? Is it something to consider as possible mix with BCAAS, Beta Alanine, and Citrulline Malate pre and during??

Should, 1. GMS, with BCAAS, BA, CM Pre/During
2. Glycine Post
3. Then Protein post

Want to put in order today but would love some advice on this. I am on high protein as low carb as possible diet.
 
For those needing to drop fat, Poliquin suggests whey, glycine, and glutamine. Christian Thibaudeau recommends 20-40g of glutamine (work up progressively as some might have stomach problems with mega dosing) with 10-15g glycine, 10-15g leucine, and 1.5 scoops of whey isolate (40-45g).

post workout or any time of the day? and guess he believes in gluatmine when most dont humm.. debated topic etc etc

That sounds like what i want to do. But add WMS post with the Glycine. And add some WMS and supercarb pre
