Aspire36 Free offer & Cancelation

I ordered the 3 tablet trial offer for $6.99. I didn't release I would be sent a full bottle every month and charged the price of $39.98. I called to cancel but was told I had to pay the shipping of the product and a restocking fee of 15%. Just a reminder to read the terms and conditions when dealing with these companies. Also if the product sells itself why not just have the free trial offer with no strings attached? Why schedule monthly deliveries?

As bad as it may annoy you. And I do understand your complaint, I had the very same one at one point in time with our Paravol thing on the website too. A lot of people pass the judgement and say its just a ploy for our company to make more money (was my initial thought before I came on and really got to know all the guys). Well this thought couldn't be farther from the truth.

Can't even begin to tell you how many people REALLY enjoy the autoship program...this one and the paravol one. As many "WTF YOUR RIPPING ME OFF" things we get, we get 4-5 more of "this is such a great program you guys offer, it really allows me to not have to worry about re-ordering every month". That goes for both the Aspire one and the Paravol one.

Just wanted to get that out there.
 
i dont know if they offered it to you on the phone, but the other option is for you to keep the bottle and i will refund you $15 ... let me know if that works for you..save you a trip to the post office
 
Knowing what I know of human nature, and people's tendency to procrastinate...once you get used to using something like Aspire, and can't imagine having sex WITHOUT it, it is a huge blow to the night to go to the cupboard to grab your bottle of Aspire, only to remember "crap, I used the last one and forgot to reorder".

Those situations represent major suck, and really can bring down an evening meant to be fun and enjoyable.

I have not used the autoship program but to me that sounds like you need to be more explicit about the terms if so many people are confused.
 
itss very clear....people tend to not read terms when they are getting free things, BUT...its very clear. You even have to agree to the terms to move to the next page....
