Well, reconstruction part is done and its in the books... was part of the PAL Transformation and Give that TWO THUMBS up ...


Looking into doing a true recomp for the next two months. I wanted some suggestions on what supplements i should go with...

Staples Supplements
-multi Vitiamns
-BCAA (Xtend)
-Protein
-Fish oil


I was wondering since i was doing Leviathan for 8 weeks, is it cool to still use stims or should i go stim free..

I was think DRIVE for sure..

X-FACTOR.. I hear lot about but still not sure....

RPM- Heard Really good things about this also but it has stims only if its cool to go with stims with only a week break..

:gotsearch I searched the threads and seen some good information but just trying to put it all together

Drive has kicked in, im on day 10 I believe.
Increased Libido,
Increased Strength (5-10 pounds)
Increased Endurance
Insane Pumps!

X-Factor so far
Increase in DOMS. Too early to tell anything.

Im also leaning out slightly on a bulk.

They all help with muscle gain, fat loss, and recovery with the use of stims.
 
Add a TTA product too, like LipidFX or DCP, to make sure that fat is liberated and in bloodstream to be used as fuel. Whats nice is both of them are stim free, so can be used with stims separately
 
Yeah... I was thinking about Lean Xtreme also


ECDY- I heard that it was a bunch of hype...I don't know but i did read some of the write ups about it sounds good

Looks like i'm going with Drive and IGF-2.

Decided to pony up the money for IGF-2 because i read that help with sleep .. I user Abyss with is a good product but if IGF-2 improves sleep... i think its worth a try

I want to add DCP maybe in two weeks or so because money is still a little tight and I need to by more protein
