I was 3/4 way through my senior year in HS and I decided I was sick looking down on myself and being very socially anxious. Started by dropping pop and I'd eat one less main course at lunch. Things built from that, I kept making small, healthy changes in my diet. I eventually got down to an extremely strict diet, I was eatting stuff I never thought I would eat. Making sandwiches with lettuce in place of bread, tuna straight from the can and eatting tons of chicken breasts(I hate chicken).
I decided my BF% was low enough and was also sick of my family telling my I was losing too much weight, so I started my clean bulk. I'm now eatting 3200cals a day and my diet is mainly oats, egg whites, turkey, whole wheat breads, protein shakes, nuts, chicken and tuna.
I plan to stick with the bulk until March and then I'm back to cutting.

Durring cutting I went through these supps in this order(IIRC):
-Guggulbolic Extreme + Trimspa H2O
-Androstenetrione @ 600mg ed for 6 weeks
-SizeON
-Androstenetrione @ 600mg ed for 4 weeks then 300mg ed for 2 weeks
-SuperPump250
-Thyrotabs @ 3 a day for 6 weeks
-Guggulbolic Extreme + Blaze (to bring thyroid functions back up)

Durring bulking:
-SizeOn + PowerFull
---Starting Friday----
-1,4AD @ 600mg ed for 7 weeks + Testabolin @ 3 ed
-PCT-
-Androstenetrione @ 500mg ed for 3 weeks
-Testabolin @ 3 ed for 3 weeks

thanks! 6'4 huh? I don't think you're going to need to "cut" for a while. Just eat right and try to add a little mass every week. You're at your hormonal peak now so take advantage of it.
