When I go on a limited but not no carb, and don't workout myself to death trying to do 1200 calories of exersize a day, I can steadily loose 1-2 lbs a week. so I just need to be patient and do that.

How long did it take you to gain weight? Patience is a virtue and less expensive too! :D

probably took 10 years to go from 190s to 245. was about 10 years from 175 to 190s too.

yeah, I realize that now finally. I will need to go to keto when I go below 15, maybe 12 bodyfat, but I mostly need to just relax a little on how much the scale changes, and what calipers show. I am consistently making gains, and perpetually trying to supercharge those is doing more to sabotage the gains (scale losses are considered gains in this case ;)) than helping. I've had the least gains during periods where I pushed too hard, or went silly overboard on supplements.

You hit the nail on the head. At thus point in your journey... eat less, do more = fat loss.

EDIT: NOT the MANOREXIA diet though!!!

well, not even eating less. its eating cleaner and doing activity and staying within 500-800 cals of break even in the process. so if I want to work out and do cardio like mad for 1200 cal a day instead of the 400 or so I average, I should take in an extra 800 cal of food to cover it. Otherwise, i'll start seeing losses slow as my body decides to hold onto what fat it has as it starts looking like the beginning of an energy shortage.

addendum - I now have a much better grasp of what my maintenance cals are, and can manage the whole process better. Sometimes we learn best from failure.

That was an oversimplification obviously, but I KNOW you have the right idea. It's just convincing yourself to do it!

Yet, everybody looks to successful peeps for advice....

how does "cinnamon twists" make it into a 1 year of college spanish love song?

Quit trying to be so daymn cleaver, because you just end up sounding like a freaking r3tard with nothing better to do.

I remember as far back as 2nd grade kids saying they know Spanish, and then start naming of the Taco Bell menu...

LMAO

Thanks to you I have an inferiority complex now.

Time to w3rk teh p3n0rz.

:clean: <~~~~ A graphic misinterpretation of what the 'little man' might look like. Just imagine him standing on a walnut. You get the idea.

Power Jelq Device
For a long time I ignored this device when I saw it because I remember it was ridiculed in a movie I once watched - however because I read so many positive things about it since then I finally decided I had to give it a try - so I when out and got one and thank goodness I did because it's the highest scoring penis enlarger device I've tried!

Not to be confused with cheap imitations that arrive in pieces you have to assemble yourself, the Power Jelq+ is professionally made out of Las Vegas USA and imported into Europe exclusively by Enlarge Your Unit.

How to use it:
What you do with this device is called "jelqing". [Read more about Jelqing here] You use the rollers to squeeze from the very base of your penis, slowly up to the glans/head of your penis. 100-200 repetitions produce a very good swelling. Repeated daily use leads to increase in penis size. It takes a little practise to pull your penis out in a straight line and I found its best when you are semi erect to start off with.

The great thing about it is the immediate increase in girth and length. You literally see the results after the first use. After 7 days the results are outstanding. Amazingly I noticed that my penis looks young and feels much more responsive. I've found myself having spontaneous erections for no reason like being a teenager again. Highly recommended.
