Good info, thank you.
==============================================
I have enlarged prostate for long time.
5/27/2005 at Sloan, via rectal ultrasound
prostate volume=70.2cc
Transition zone=42cc
PSAdensity=0.05
PSA=4.19
FreePSA=0.57
PSA Ratio (free/total)=14
------------
9/14/2007
externau ultrasound
prostate size 5.4x3.4x5.2cm

My PSA hovers around 4, it was close to 5 at one time.
I check my prostate at Sloan Kettering Memorial (Manhattan NYC)
I had about 6 biopsies thru out last about 10 years, all negative.
Once few PIN was found.
At each biopsy 12 or more samples were taken.

For the last 12 yers, may be more, I am urinating frequently.
It was becoming a chore at work when I was working.
I probably would have had to go for surgery then.
Luckily since I stopped my employment 10 years ago, my urination is no longer a hardship.

About year ago I learned about green laser used to remove inside prostate tissue.
It is presented as easy out-patient procedure and I have decided to go thru with it.

Will post on my experience.

Since early 2004 I am on Testosterone replacement, Androgel, cream now injections.

Good video,

I'll have to tell me Urologist about the Video. He is so worried about the HCG enlargeing my prostate that he checks it everytime I see him.:sad:

to me, i would be more worried about e2 than dht for prostate problems. more people are noticing this

and hcg will convert some into e2 so perhaps he is doing the right thing, but prolly looking for the wrong thig
